Mini Mountain Studio - Bike or Ski

Welcome to your mini mountain home! Hotel room/studio with some cooking facilities. Central Falls Creek village location. Walking distance to many restaurants. Ski in winter, including ski in ski out (snow depth dependent). Escape the heat to mountain breezes and bike or hike in summer! Small, but thoughtfully equipped. *winter 2025 is byo towels and linen due to a new baby and no capacity to do linen. Price altered accordingly. If you can't bring own linen & towels please ask and I'll arrange.

Centrally located studio room

You are close to everything when you stay at this centrally located studio. Ski in/ski out (normal snow conditions) Surrounded by restaurants, cafes, bars & cosy places to hang by the fire. An in-house restaurant makes for an easy night of dining in. Tea & coffee making facilities plus a microwave allows you to come home for lunch or a snack, or stay in the studio for a meal at night. Sauna, communal ski room, drying room, ski hire within the complex. Direct access outside via the rear hallway.

Hotham Ski Out Studio Apartment w/ pool & views

Ski Out Studio apartment sleeps 4 or 5 Alpine Heights. Cozy fully self contained apartment w/ balcony & views. Best to shop in Omeo or Bright if you plan on cooking although we only have basic cooking facilities. Has a queen bed 180 x 200 that can split into 2 singles, a set of bunk beds & pull out single sofa ideal for a child. BYO linen, towels & toiletries. If you have booked last minute & dont have linen with you - dont worry, it can be hired cheap from a laundry service in the building.

Tatoonie is a 6 star property set in the tranquil Buffalo Creek Valley. The property encompasses stunning views of Mt. Buffalo and beyond. This is quite simply the most unique property in the Alpine Region. If travelling for the snow season, you have the luxury of skiing Falls Creek/Mt. Hotham during your stay. This property is also only a short drive to Lake Buffalo which provides dramatic terrain for boating,fishing, hiking & cycling.
