Overall, a good place for family or friends of up to 6 pax and in my opinion, adequately maintained. Aircon is available in all 3 bedrooms while the dining and living area have it's own ceiling fan respectively.

the best guest house. 25 minute to bus station, 20 minute to Albukhary University

clean, cosy & spacious place. the house smells good upon arrival. i like that they have netflix & provide netflix account to use. also, they have aircond in all room & living room.

We had a wonderful stay at this house! The place was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable for our liking. Room was tidy and you can really tell the owner takes good care of the house. The host was also very friendly and helpful, making sure all the basic amenities were provided – towels, toiletries, slippers, an iron and hairdryer – which made our stay extra convenient. The environment was peaceful and perfect for relaxing. Parking was easy too, with enough space for multiple cars. Overall, it was a great experience, and we felt right at home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, cozy, and well-equipped place to stay! Believe me as all the above are my honest reviews.

Love the place. It's so cozy and clean. The pool also clean and my kids enjoyed swim. The house is fully furnished. Everything that i need all in there. Will come again in future. Thanks for the hospitality.

I had a fantastic stay at here! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. Check-in was seamless, and communication with the host was quick and friendly throughout. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Alor Star.
