Such a cool place to spend the night! So unique!!

We had a very enjoyable stay and enjoyed the friendly greeting from the Aussie’s. We would like to stay here again!

The cabin offered by Brady and John was small but beautiful. It had everything we needed for our stay. The days were peaceful, and the nature was breathtaking. I would definitely stay again with my family. Thank you for everything and providing a space for us to enjoy!

We went on a getaway weekend before we had our first child and this place was what we needed. If you ever need to get away to a quiet place with beautiful scenery this is a great spot.

Joann (Jo Jo) is a wonderful hoast. When I contacted her in the morning prior to making one of our several day trips, about the need of a grab handle for the bathroom she had it there later on that same day when we returned. This was our 4th vacation trip to the Ashtabula / Geneva on the lake area. We've stayed at different rentals every time. This is the first time that neighbors interacted with us and made us feel welcome. We've already book this place for the same time period next year. A gentleman that lives at the end of the drive invited us to come down and experience the sunset any time we wanted. The house was just the right size for myself the wife and our fur baby. There is a fantastic gas grill there and I used it twice to grill dinner, I plan to bring a griddle plate for next year so I can cook up some magic for the neighbor's. We are so looking forward to September 2025 and another 7 relaxing days at J Jo's beach house. You won't go wrong if you book this cottage.

Heaven on earth. Quiet, peaceful, clean, with all the amenities. I'll be back!

For our daughter's 9th birthday, she wanted to go on a family camping adventure, and that was exactly what we got with this awesome little property. It was the perfect balance of comfort/amenities and rustic/close to nature. The outdoor kitchen and bathroom worked out great, both were clean and functional with all the essentials (pots/pans, utensils, plates, toiletries, towels, etc.). We had a great time around the campfire playing games (a nice variety was available inside the tent) and roasting marshmallows. The kids' favorite part was exploring all the little paths around the property and hiking down to the river. Aside from a small wasp invasion (which is kind of to be expected when you're camping!), the tent was perfectly comfortable - the beds were cozy, the linens were clean, and it was decorated super cute. It felt like everything had been thought of. We would love to come back again!!

My fiance and I and our 2 dogs stayed here while we were hunting close by and this cabin was perfect for our needs! It felt very cozy and gave me the homey camp vibe I was looking for. The shower and laundry on site was also very accommodating and was a big reasoning for us choosing this airbnb. The loft was super neat and the heater unit was quick to heat up the whole cabin. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great time at Excape. The container itself is really cool. The location was nice and private - perfect to unwind and get away from the noise. The floors were a little cold, nothing a pair of fuzzy socks couldn’t fix.

This tiny house is fantastic and I would highly recommend the stay. We stayed a week and it was equipped with everything we needed. The finishes and details are beautiful. Our stay was very comfortable. We loved the electric fireplace that changes colors. It is conveniently located to downtown Clarion. We had a peaceful and relaxing time in this charming tiny house!

We loved this cabin! Perfect for our friends getaway..we got to strengthen our sisterhood bond surrounded by nature. We went to “TimberCreek Tap & Table” a local bar/restaurant for some quick bites and drinks. We did arts & crafts at the small dining room table. we loved the fireplace!

we absolutely LOVED our stay at the Tiny Home! it was exactly as described... very clean, private, peaceful. it was perfect for the two of us. location was amazing - in the middle of both Penn Yan and Hammondsport (20 min drive). we went to many wineries on the Keuka Lake, all were very close! we also went to the Watkins Glen State Park to hike the gorge trail which was only a 25 min drive. we would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and will be keeping this place in mind for when we visit again! What a great little cabin in the woods! Plenty of peace and privacy. The fireplace was an absolute treat at the end of a long day of hiking. Within driving distance of some really beautiful sites or a great place to just relax and enjoy some quiet time.

My sister and I very much enjoyed our stay at the Tiny Haven while we were in town visiting family. It was like staying in a tree house in the woods! Kathy greeted us with wine and homemade cookies (we never did crack open the wine but the cookies were delicious!) The home itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We took walks through the woods in the mornings, and stargazed from the porch in the evenings. Having a campfire in the teepee out back was a definite highlight! One important note that we overlooked when booking was that there is no wifi. It is clearly stated in the listing that wifi is not provided, so that was our mistake. For a 6-day stay, it was a major inconvenience for us—but if you're staying for a short while or if you don't mind being without wifi, it may not be an issue for you. Overall, we would recommend the Tiny Haven to anyone looking for a quiet, cozy getaway. Thanks, Kathy!

This is the perfect getaway! We enjoyed our stay and the privacy of the location. The only thing I will mention is, parking is in a lower parking lot, and walking up a trail is required to get to the dome. So packing accordingly would be helpful since you’ll be carrying your things up a trail to the main location. Overall, great time and would definitely stay again! 😊

We absolutely loved our stay at the Fern House! It’s the perfect spot for a peaceful, off-the-grid getaway. The cabin itself was flawless, and Jessica was a truly outstanding host. Every detail inside felt so thoughtful and intentional — from the games to the artwork, the cozy candles, and the welcoming treats that made us feel right at home. You can really feel the care and love put into every corner of the space. This retreat into the woods was exactly what we needed, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit.

Lovely private cabin in the beautiful wilds of NWPA. It was everything we were looking for. The descriptions and picture are accurate. My sister's and I planned a digital detox weekend and Tonija's cabin was the perfect setting. We feel rejuvenated and ready to face the coming week. We highly recommend the cabin, and we'll be back!

We had a great stay! The cabin looked exactly as pictured. Everything was clean and we felt very comfortable during our stay. The grill with included propane was a great plus, we enjoyed using that throughout our trip. The views of the river were beautiful, and hearing the water from the patio or with the windows open was so nice.

This place is exactly what you need if you are looking to get away. It’s super clean, has everything you might need and the hosts are very accommodating. We just finished our third year visit. highly recommend.

This place is perfect for a quiet get away! If you love hearing rustling water of a creek, and if you love to fish this is a great location! This a great spot for anyone going to an event at PSU..Close enough but peaceful! John was responsive from the beginning when we made our reservation, to prior to our arrival our instructions on check in/checkout. Upon arrival there was a binder with great recommendations of restaurants and things to do. And this little cabin was just so cozy, just like the pictures! We thank you John and family for letting us use your home and hope to be back soon!

The A-frame was perfect for our stay! We loved every thing about it from the sauna to the hammock! It was good to be out in Nature,the weather was glorious! Also Tony was very kind and helpful! He went above and beyond! We'd definitely stay here again!
