This BnB is the ground floor of a modern ranch home in a pastoral setting between two small farm towns. There are three generous bedrooms each with a private bath. There is a comfortable common sitting area, a spotless kitchen, and a dining area. There is even a picnic table out back beside a small stream for nicer days. We loved the large well lit sign at the roadside because many BnBs have been hard to find. If you walk up the road away from the house lights on a clear night you will have a wonderful view of the stars. Breakfast, which included bacon, eggs, and muffins was waiting for us in a warming oven first thing in the morning. There was also a wide spread of breakfast bars, including the iconic Pop Tarts, and a choice of fresh fruit. there was the ubiquitous Keurig coffee maker and a wide selection of coffees, teas, and fresh fruit juice. We would definitely stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at Kate’s home. Kate and Dee were very friendly and helpful, and they responded quickly to any questions or requests. The home was very clean, beautiful, and matched the pictures exactly. I loved the cozy atmosphere and the stylish decor. The location was also great, close to many attractions and amenities. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Pittsburgh. I also want to thank the other guests who stayed at this home. They were very friendly, respectful, and fun to talk to. We shared some great conversations and experiences, and I learned a lot from them. They made me feel like part of a family. I hope to see them again someday.

Our second stay at Heather Hill Farm was as nice as the first. Super friendly hosts. We loved the sounds of the cows, ducks, geese and even the roosters. The room is very large with a screened in porch for relaxing, a small area with a fridge/microwave/toaster/keurig, a desk to work, and a couch/tv area. There are a lot of windows so the room is very sunny. This Farm is just lovely, 185 acres to roam and see deer, frogs, turtles and so many birds. We even squeezed in a 3 mile run on the property (2x around). Great value! Thanks Steven and Julie!

I had a truly wonderful time here and cannot say enough good things about it. The house is utterly charming and was so cozy, especially on these cold, snowy days. I came home to a warm, home cooked meal every day and they made me feel like a member of the family. They truly made my visit to Port Allegany a special one, and I feel so greatful to meet these wonderful people.

Jyoti was a very friendly and considerate host, and she served a delicious and healthy breakfast. We appreciated her flexibility in scheduling breakfast, and the instructions she texted us before our arrival were very helpful.

Suz and Ken were very warm hosts. We were comfortable and cozy in the B&B. The place was clean and we enjoyed our stay in there. Suz was very sweet and took care of us lovingly!

Dennis had a beautiful B&B. The place was really unique, cozy and confortable. This was our first time at a B&B and he set the bar high. The room was great. Bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve had staying anywhere, the patio with chairs was so nice, having a box fan for noise was great! Overall Dennis responded so quick with all my questions and even met an uber driver and brought my stuff inside. Above and beyond service. Plenty of street parking (for free!) and a nice view! Highly recommend!! We will be back

Carlisle House is in a great location to allow you to experience Carlisle. The breakfast each morning was delicious and Kathy and Chloe were delightful. They even accommodated some of our special dietary needs! The room was spacious and clean and comfortable! ‘

Beautiful location with spectacular view of Keuka Lake. It is just far enough removed from the lake that it is a quiet retreat, but within 30 minutes or less from all the attractions. Jeanette and Steven are excellent hosts - very gracious, welcoming and accommodating. We had a wonderful stay!

Great place to stay while visiting Ellicottville. The space was very clean and Deb and JY were friendly and accommodating.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay with Stephanie and Tom. The rooms were comfortable, beautifully decorated and private. Breakfast was served in the charming Victorian dining room. I felt very pampered eating the delicious breakfasts on old fine China. The location is perfect. The neighborhood was clean, safe and quiet. I felt very comfortable there. The hosts are so kind and helpful. I dearly miss their sweet and lovable dog, Asta. He is so smart and was a highlight of the trip.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Mooreland Garden Inn. My sister and I were on a college tour of Pennsylvania and decided to splurge to make our trek more enjoyable. Dawn was an incredible host and totally set the tone by calling in advance to ask about our timing, food preferences, and what our travels were for. We arrived in the middle of a horrible rainstorm and were met with a lovely tour, and followed up with snacks, wine, and chatting. Dawn gave lovely recommendations for visiting Carlisle, fed us incredible food, the bed and room were so lovely, and we honestly can't wait to visit again. If you want to sleep in a comfortable, clean, beautiful room, eat lovely food, and feel taken care of, don't hesitate to book a room here. You won't regret it.

Very much enjoyed staying at Annie's place. Felt right at home. We were treated like one of the family in their beautiful home. Unfortunately, we were not able to enjoy the beautiful sunroom as much as we would have liked since we were busy with our conference most of the weekend. Annie and her husband were very gracious hosts and we enjoyed chatting with them. We had two wonderful healthy breakfasts in the sunroom prepared by Annie who is a dietician. We will definitely stay there again if we are back in town and would love to spend more time just relaxing in the home.

John’s place was gorgeous. He’s very responsive to any needs or questions. After a long day of fly fishing on some of PA’s best waters, it was so nice to come home to a place so clean and comfortable. Trust me, you’ll love his place. Peace and quiet!

Loved the location and neighborhood! I came out for a regional weekend event and then found myself in hospital, so was only able to spend one night, but really enjoyed the walkable area while I was able. Space was cute and private.

Donna is a lovely host! Her bed and breakfast was very clean and she made us feel very welcome! She gave us some helpful hints on the area and what to explore. Her breakfast was simple and delicious! We’ll definitely be going back!

My family of 3 (4 if you count the pup) felt very comfortable. We were greeted and welcomed like family. House was beautifully decorated in an 1800s fashion. Has some interesting history about the house and area that Annie and Fred shared. Food was very tasty, I think we left 10lbs heavier!! We would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

This is not a typical Airbnb. It’s a full on bed and breakfast! The hosts were so thoughtful and welcoming. They made sure we were completely taken care of. Beautiful home. Clean and organized. I wish we had more time to stay.

we were greeted at the door when we arrived by Alan's wife Jeanne, she was very hospitable and informative about the place. We felt right at home, the bed and breakfast was nicely decorated and our room was comfortable and cozy. We later met Alan who was just as welcoming and friendly. The place was situated on a hillside overlooking the winery below. Made us feel as if we were in Tuscany. Loved our overnight stay and would love to return in the future to see the further renovations in their plans.

5 stars for chateau De foi— an incredible experience from this up and coming bed and breakfast. The centuries historic house will transport you to the Victorian era with its elegant furniture, crystal chandeliers, stone fountain and stately sitting room. The rooms were clean and well stocked with lovely amenities including snacks— perfect for long hikes and a wine bucket with fresh water. The breakfast was delicious, simple and hearty— oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, toast and fruit we could take on our day trips. Best of all we had the company of our wonderful host Wendy over breakfast who gave us local travel tips and regaled us with interesting tales about the house history. As an artist, Wendy’s aesthetic eye permeates all aspects of this well curated historic house. The location was a short walk from downtown wellesboro with all its charming shops and local eateries. Overall the house is just 20 minutes driving distance from tourist spots including the pa Grand Canyon, finger lakes

Absolutely love staying here—it's truly a home away from home! We've had the pleasure of staying multiple times, and each visit is better than the last. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful, and the place is always spotless. The host is incredible—kind, warm, and communicates perfectly. I needed a respite from the city and this was perfect. I read for awhile on the patio, took a bath in the biggest bathtub I ever saw, had a wonderful breakfast, and I will come back. The attention to details beyond anything I’ve ever seen.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay with Paul and Janice. They were incredibly generous and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The breakfast they provided was amazing, with a variety of delicious options that we thoroughly enjoyed. Their outgoing and friendly nature made our time there even more enjoyable. We had a great time and would highly recommend staying with them to anyone looking for a memorable and pleasant experience.
