Bella Vita was a great host. The property was spotless. The home and backyard were lovely and relaxing. Very comfy beds and linens. The neighborhood was quiet and you could walk to downtown Douglas. A short drive to Saugatuck and Oval Beach. Bella Vita was very responsive and accommodating. We have been coming to this area for many years and can honestly say this was the nicest property we have stayed at. We would definitely return to this property.

We had a great time & everything went smooth! Indoor community pool is a close walk, along with downtown (a 5 min drive to ice skating was a fun family activity)! We didn't have any issues & would recommend this rental. We had 7 adults + 8 kids, it was a great fit for us.

My wife and I really enjoyed staying at Ann's place. Beautiful house in a beautiful location. Ann was an awesome host - house was immaculate and supplied with everything we needed (and then some), and detailed instructions were provided in the guest book for how all the unique extras this house provides work. Loved the hot tub room and the bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. Enjoyed watching the deer roam through the woods in the mornings and evenings in this very peaceful location. Loved exploring the local communities, from the smaller to the bigger towns, all of which were just a short distance from us. All in all wonderful experience and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful, serene place to stay that is just a hop, skip, and a jump away from a variety of places to explore. We could not have been happier with our stay!

Great stay. We had a wonderful time and the arcade games were a bonus. House was so cozy. It started snowing just as we arrived so the views were gorgeous-even had a few deer show up to complete the view. Perfect place for a winter getaway-cant wait to stay there again in the summer.

We had a lovely stay at Sarah's house. There is a ton of space, lots of beds and 3 bathrooms, which was helpful. The beds were comfortable and there is a nice yard with a fire pit in the backyard. Sarah was flexible and accommodated a last minute request to bring a dog, which was very kind. would definitely stay here again!

Dani’s place was amazing. Even though the weather was bad, we enjoyed the community pool, playing games, watching movies, and exploring the town. Dani was such a great communicator and easy to work with. Their place is incredibly well designed and makes you feel right at home. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Even had beach towels for the pool!! Can’t wait to come back again.

Loved the stay. Would absolutely stay again. It was everything we needed and much more if we would have had the time. Recommend!

Beautiful home, as described and pictured! Lisa and Keith greeted us to give us a quick rundown of the house and we were off and running. Lovely accommodations and the perfect amount of space for us. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a quiet and beautiful place to stay that's not too far from South Haven downtown and Saugatuck. Can't wait to stay here again!

Great location steps from downtown. Very friendly staff at Mill Pond that made for a very nice stay. Place is exactly as advertised in the pictures. Enjoyed having coffee on the balcony in the morning. Would definitely stay again!

Mill Pond Realty did a great job of communicating instructions and responding to questions. The accommodations were comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the living space inside as well as the spaces outdoors provided for relaxation and connecting. Wonderful hosts!

Sara was the best host. She gave us great recommendations for food and attractions. she also was very attentive as we had a small mechanical issue and it was addressed immediately. couldn't have been a better stay!

Beautiful property in the best location possible - we were right across the street from the river and in comfortable walking distance to all the great restaurants and shops. My niece and I couldn’t have had more perfect accommodations or more fun. A much-needed getaway and a weekend I’ll never forget.

This place completely exceeded our expectations!! So many thoughtful details and just an overall beautiful place to stay. Perfect spot to get away to and be able to relax the whole time. Will for sure be returning next year for another stay!

This log cabin was perfect for our group of 12, offering ample space both indoors and out. The basement was a fantastic hangout spot, and the expansive backyard provided plenty of room for activities. Being right on the golf course was a definite plus, and the indoor hot tub just off the back porch was a relaxing treat. We especially appreciated the multiple outdoor seating areas and the convenience of the large driveway and welcoming front porch.

Visited for a Bachelorette Weekend. Property is super cute and checks all boxes. Plenty of parking, towels, clean beds, extra beds, fire pit and hot tub. The weather wasn't great so we couldn't experience all of the outdoor amenities but still had a great time indoors. Very close to Cranes, Fenn Valley Winery and Virtue Cider. If we all didn't already book with hotels for the wedding, we would have loved to book here.

The cabin is nestled on a little slice of heaven in a private, forest setting. A ‘deer-family’ visited us frequently. Ample amenities. We didn’t realize that the ‘unattached-second bedroom/sitting room’ was ours to use until later in the trip because we didn’t realize what the unmarked ‘extra key’ opened. The cabin is small, but for two adults and a dog, it was quaint, cozy, clean, and adequate. We enjoyed cooking breakfast and dinners everyday. The dog and the evening storms kept us in at night. The roads were easy to navigate and we spent a lot of time playing in South Haven, Saugatuck, and Fennville. The lakeshore overlook was a bit scary with a dramatic and steep drop-off so if you had young children or a rambunctious dog (oh wait?! That was ME!), be forewarned. Otherwise, the view was outstanding. We really enjoyed our time and hopefully someday our paths will cross again.

What a beautiful cabin! My husband and I were looking to get away for a few days and enjoy a cozy, private place! This home checked all of our boxes! Very nicely kept, home was orderly, comfortable and had everything we needed. The hot tub was perfect as it snowed the day after our arrival and was peaceful and serene! We were able to start a fire in the fireplace and enjoyed relaxing on the comfy sofas! Huge soaker tub in upstairs bathroom and plenty of bedrooms and a fun basement area! The perfect setup! We will have to bring some friends back with us next time- tons of room for several guests to enjoy! We dined at several local restaurants (within a 10 minute drive) that were delicious and spent some time on Water St for shopping, food, and brews! A must-stay place!

The moonbarn was even more beautiful than the photos! I was so enamored with this cozy place. I can’t wait to come back and bring my kids so I can show them this amazing stay and have fun around the area! Great peaceful spot, wonderful hosts!
