There is a refrigerator. 2 sari-sari stores nextdoor as well as tricycle station. 25 minute walk to the beach. 10 minute walk to McDonald’s, 711 or Mall. 6 minute walk to Lyceum of Aparri. Shared CR and shower in hallway. Room has closet, Aircon, 4 beds and sheets. Hand pump in back of house. Please respect our home and neighbors. No parties allowed.
