Πλήρως ανακαινισμένο διαμέρισμα με φινετσάτη αισθητική σε ένα από τα κεντρικότερα σημεία της πόλης, στον δεύτερο όροφο με πρόσβαση από τις σκάλες. Ευρύχωρο, ζεστό, μοντέρνο, ικανό να σας κλέψει την καρδιά. Αποτελείται από έναν ενιαίο χώρο που περιλαμβάνει σαλόνι-κουζίνα και queen size κρεβάτι με ανατομικό στρώμα αφρού. Ο άριστης ποιότητας καναπές γίνεται κρεβάτι και ο χώρος είναι ικανός να φιλοξενήσει με άνεση 4 άτομα. Σε περίπτωση περισσότερων ατόμων το σπίτι διαθέτει και άλλο υπνοδωμάτιο.

Ένα μοντέρνο διαμέρισμα στο κέντρο της Αλεξανδρούπολης πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις σύγχρονες ανέσεις για την άνετη διαμονή 2 ατόμων. Η τοποθεσία του είναι ιδανική για την πρόσβαση του κέντρου και της παραλιακής οδού με ένα περίπατο. Σε ακτίνα 100μ υπάρχει πρόσβαση σε supermarket φαρμακεία, πρατήριο καυσίμων, fastfood, ζαχαροπλαστείο κ.λ.π. Στάση αστικού λεωφορείου βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 50μ. Η απόσταση από το αεροδρόμιο είναι στα 4χλμ, από το λιμάνι στα 500μ και από το ΚΤΕΛ στα 300μ.

It also provides a wifi internet conection at 200mbps and a 4k smart tv. All the rooms have their own aircondition.
