You can hear the distant whistle of a passing train on the nearby tracks. Some of the finest fishing in Pa is mere steps away being just across the road.

Welcome to one of the oldest dwellings in the county. This home dating to ~1790 was the residence for the grist mill manager. The cozy space is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath home that is tastefully decorated and complete with all the amenities you need for a quiet and peaceful getaway. Bring your kayaks, boats jetskis and spend the day on the river. Or we are also located 30 to 40 minutes from Raystown Lake. Please keep in mind that the cabin in a more remote area and has very limited cell service and while we do have Wi-Fi that may also be somewhat slow at times . When bringing a pet always inquire with me first.

3 bedroom basement apartment. Quiet country setting. Located 30 miles from St. College, home of Penn State. 15 miles from Raystown Lake for boating, swimming or fishing. Close to Rails to Trails for hiking or biking. Also near the Little Juniata River for trout fishing(regulated as All Tackle Catch and Release). We also border State Game Lands. 55" tv and 250 channels SUV or 4 wheel drive is recommended for winter. Please use Google GPS and check in instructions.
