Our LOTR-themed Wizard's Cottage, along with our LOTR Stargazer treehouse, are on 2+ acres, & have been described as a "love letter to Tolkien himself." Our home is about 200 ft. from the Cottage & far from Stargazer (back of the acreage). Greenery provides privacy. Enjoy our hot tub & Mordor -(dare to open the "Mor Do[o]r")! We are solidly in farm country; 2 miles from lovely Cedar Lake; Soo Line Trail has hiking, biking & snowmobiling; park & bar in walking distance. Diversity is welcome.

The Maynard Cabin, a Civil War era log cabin

The Maynard Log Cabin was erected by a homesteader after the civil war. We have moved and restored it and made it available for rent. It is off the grid, but it has a complete functioning kitchen, wood stove and sitting room downstairs. There are two antique beds with new mattresses upstairs. There is no electricity but the cabin is furnished with kerosene lanterns. The bathroom facilities consist of wash basins and outhouse. The cabin is surrounded by 40 acres of woods and meadows.

This home is set up like a duplex with owners occupying the top (we have 3 young children) & guests having full, private access to the bottom half. Guests are given a private garage ( not available November to April) & backyard w/ free firewood. Private entry gives access to 2,200 sq ft of space that includes a 3 seasons room w/ gas fireplace, laundry, & full kitchen. 1 open room, one private, & one partial room w/ no windows. Close to the bike trails, beaches, mini-golf, etc.

Guests enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, propane grill, fire pit, kayaks, a dock, and swim beach. If guests decide to go out, the Perham area offers a variety of attractions including shopping, hiking, golfing, and dining. Come unwind, life is good on the lake! (Available year round.)

Enjoy over 100 feet of level lake shore on Buchanan Lake. The 3 bedroom 2 bath home is located on over an acre and situated on a dead end road. The lakeside covered deck offers comfortable patio furniture and amazing views of the lake! It is the perfect space to enjoy yourselves at the lake. The city of Ottertail is a highly desired Minnesota vacation spot. The home is a short 2 minute drive away. Ottertail has fun shops, delicious restaurants, and a couple of golf courses.

Brand new family vacation lake house on the east shore of Nest Lake. Whether jumping off the dock, kayaking around the islands, casting a line to catch that trophy fish, or lounging on the patio, you will have plenty of opportunities to soak up the sun during your stay! Spend the evening grilling up your catch, admiring the sunsets, and playing a few games on the pool table. This lake house has fun activities for the whole family to enjoy! Newly remodeled & beautiful west facing lake home with over 120 ft of private shoreline on Otter Tail Lake. This home comfortably sleeps 14 people, and has everything you'll need to make you feel right at home. Otter Tail Lake is one of the largest in Minnesota with a hard sand bottom. Enjoy swimming off the brand new dock in the crystal clear water, go paddle boarding, or simply enjoy the mesmerizing sunsets while sitting in the hottub! Truly a home away from home!
