Cozy is what you feel in our private apartment close to parks and downtown. This main level apartment is quiet and close to everything in Alexandria. We invite couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (w/ kids), and even families with furry friends (pets). The space is open concept - so there is lots of ability to spread out. Also, the large living room window and bedroom windows are a great source of natural light. All windows look out on old growth trees creating a sanctuary.

If you like to explore, the city River Walk is less than a block away and Lake Alice offers a wonderful walking tour year round!

This space is a fully furnished two-bedroom apartment, (each with queen beds) located in the Lower Level of my ranch-style home. This home was built in 1978 with recent updates and has been in my family continuously. It has been immaculately cared for through it's entire lifetime.
