An excellent selection of cafe's, restaurants and take away outlets is within 5 minutes walk with easy access to amenities and the 'Rail Trail' and a 5 minute walk to the 'shaky bridge'. The house is spacious and warm with a wood burner and a heat pump. The access is by stairs with no wheelchair access.
