I had booked eagles rest for my children and parents, we expected the house was beautiful from the pictures but it was even better then all the photos. The decor, artwork inside and out was spectacular. We loved the veggie and fruit that were grow around the house and the beautiful maintained garden. The garden outside each room made it so peaceful. We especially loved the pizza oven outside, using the fresh tomatoes picked from their garden. The fire pit was a hit too with the family,sitting around on the outdoor sofa and lounge bed. We were also welcomed with a beautiful basket of goodies on the bench which was such a warm welcome. Communication was great, answering our questions promptly and being so accommodating. Everything was stocked up for us in the house from kitchen, pantry laundry cupboard which helped us from having to go down to the shops and getting all the Nic nacs. I highly recommend Anton’s place, it was everything and so much more We will definitely be back for sure ?

Amy was extremely helpful and responsive from beginning to end. The place was so peaceful and just what we needed to wind down and get some rest. We loved the views, especially from inside the kitchen and the outside porch. Had good heating and amenaties to make the stay very comfortable. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay here!! The mountain views were incredible and we enjoyed cooking on the fire. The yurt was also very cosy and the rustic wood fired bath and facilities only added to the whole experiences. Sharon was a great host and gave clear instructions on how to get there. We would love to come back!

Emily’s place is amazing. I haven’t stayed in a home where so much love and thought goes into their space. The trolley to load all required for the lakeside beach made for the perfect day. Fishing rods, chairs, buckets and spades, mat to everything at the house, crickets set, basketball, football, toys, puzzles, books the lot! Beds are amazing too. It’s a must visit, and I will 💯 be back!

Exceptional experience. Nice quiet a d tidy place. Hosts are so accommodating and honest. We left a valuablr item at the property with valuables. We were contacted by the hosts and the item was picked up safely. Highly recommended

I wish I had more time to enjoy this place. It has everything you needed and more for a long weekend. Definitely the highlight was the jacuzzi and the spacious living and dining room.

Frank was great to communicate with and very accommodating, even with last-minute changes. Frank's home is wonderful, spacious and very clean. The Balcony is to die for, and I wrote a chapter for my next book on the swinging chair. The only slight disappointment was that the pool is actually a pond. You can dip in it, but it is not for swimming laps it is relatively small and full of fish. A great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of a busy life, endlessly quiet, beautiful sunrises from the comfort and warmth of your bed.
