Having lived in Unalaska/Dutch Harbor for 30 years, we live in the other side of the duplex.

Private Cabana in The Flats, Kodiak, AK

Our studio style cabana in The Flats has all you need for your time in Kodiak. The 10 minute drive south from the airport is packed with ocean and mountain vistas, and our wooded lot is only steps from Russian Creek. The Cabana has its own parking area and entrance to the property, and shares our private, fenced, one-acre space with our family home and two big, furry, friendly dogs. With downtown Kodiak being just 15 minutes north, our cabana is a perfect base regardless of your adventure!

The Fairweather Suite: Charming 2bd with it all!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, large front deck, full kitchen and bath, washer & dryer. Pantry with snacky extras and a blow up bed for extra guests. Internet, Netflix, Disney+ included. The backyard snugs up to Pillar Mountain for a quiet, peaceful retreat right conveniently located between downtown and shopping areas. Nearby hiking trails and biking paths. Humble Harborview Home

Imagine a private escape on an Alaskan island where virtuous mountains meet perilous sea, the people are real and seafood is fresh. In one of the close knit houses along the hill above town, a generous number of stairs takes you to a million dollar view, built in the 1940's & remodeled with updates you'll like. Relax on the deck, inhale the fresh sea, active fishing port & town life, or warm-up in the crooked but very cozy & beautiful home that might remind you of the 'Old Village'.

Come and enjoy a cozy stay with views of the Nushagak River and Wood River. Just steps away from the Sea Wall where you may get lucky enough to catch a sighting of belugas, otters, moose, rabbits, fox, porcupine, eagles, bears and much more, but be far enough away from danger to be safe. Snag Point Bungalow has 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, 5 beds, washer/dryer, full kitchen, dish network cable, Roku Smart TVs, Wi-Fi and parking for one vehicle (additional parking on side).

Kodiak's Harbor House

If you're searching for a breathtaking views over looking the beautiful harbor in Kodiak then this is the place for you! Upstairs, a spacious lofted sitting room with vaulted ceilings has the best views - Relax with a coffee in the morning and if you're lucky you may spot a pod of orcas swimming by. Or spend time out on the deck on a sunny summer day grilling a home cooked meal. Please keep in mind you must be prepared to walk up and down stairs to access the home.

Naknek River Cabin - King Salmon/Naknek

King Salmon, Alaska is the gateway to Katmai National Park, to the best hunting and fishing in the world. Naknek is home to a world class commercial salmon fishery. The cabin is located on Lynx Loop, about half-way between King Salmon and Naknek.
