Seaside Casual Summer/Fall

The BnB is located on the 2nd floor of our oceanfront home. This upstairs, fully furnished apartment has a private entrance that requires you to walk up 14 steps. The bedroom, living room and kitchen all have ocean views that look out over historic Mill Bay. There is a private deck where you can sit and regularly observe Bald Eagles, Sea Otters, and more. We are just 3 miles from the city center, 1 mile from Safeway and Wal-Mart, and 1/2 mile from beautiful Fort Abercrombie State Historic Park.

Kodiak Hana Suites (Unit 3) - Private Beach Access

Situated right on the ocean, this newly renovated duplex offers some of the most spectacular views anywhere on the island. You will be staying on the first floor of the house complete with three bedrooms, a living room, fully stocked kitchen, a backyard, and private beach access. The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac and an easy 15 minute walk through a scenic waterfront park leads you to downtown Kodiak. Have fewer than five guests? This treehouse is completely and totally isolated.. You’ll love Whale Island because of hunting, fishing, beach-combing, and kayaking. The moss covered trees make you feel like you are in the middle of a MIddle Earth Adventure. Whale Island Cabins are good for couples, solo adventurers, and big groups. The cabins are not on the Kodiak mainland, but rather on a nearby island. You will have to make arrangements to get from Kodiak to the island by charter boat or float plane.

Our place is completely and totally isolated. The cabins are perfect for hunting, fishing, beachcombing, and kayaking. We recommend our place for couples, solo adventurers, or small group retreats. Eventually, it would make an amazing wedding venue. The cabins are not on the Kodiak mainland, but rather on a nearby island. You will have to contact me to find out information about getting from Kodiak to Whale Island.
