Walking distance to the famous Ålesund City center with its jugend style arcitekture and the viewpoint Aksla. A must for all tourists. 3 min with the bus to the harbour and city center. 10 minutes walk to the seaside where you could take a swim at the beach or go for fishing. Bus stop just outside the house. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Washing machine in the bathroom. Close to the NTNU.

The villa backs on to Aksla forest with plenty of walking trails and is an easy walk to Fjellstua restaurant and the fjellstua stairs to the city center. It is only a 5 minute drive to the city center and a 15 minutes drive to Moa Shopping mall.
