Fantástico apartamento dúplex cerca de tren, playa y Bcn para 5 personas Apartamento duplex de 90 m2 recientemente rehabilitado, se combinan el encanto vintage con elementos de diseño. Consta de una gran cocina, dos habitaciones, una con dos camas individuales, la otra con una cama grande de matrimonio (180 X 190), un baño completo con ducha espaciosa, water separado, salón grande con vistas al puerto deportivo y a Barcelona, cocina comedor con mesa para 8/10 comensales y una terraza en la que poder disfrutar de la brisa marina y del sol. Es un espacio muy tranquilo que invita a la relajación. No se aceptan mascotas. No se puede fumar en el interior de la vivienda, (si en la terraza). No se permiten las fiestas nocturnas que perturben la tranquilidad y el descanso vecinal.
