Palácio Olarias Apt Private Condo with Garden, Pool and View of the Castle

Discover a peaceful haven! The home features a minimalist design aesthetic, a white-and-wood interior, contrasting textures and patterns, splashes of color, an open-plan living area, and shared access to the pool. Ideally located in the historical city center with very easy access to all public transportation: Metro, Bus, Tram, Train... Wi-Fi (Fiber/5G): 75Mbps... The accommodation consists of a large living room with fully equipped kitchen with hob, electric oven/microwave, washing & drying machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster... 2 dining areas: at the bar or at the table for 4. The living room area with TV and sofa bed of 120x200. The bedroom has a very comfortable bed 140x195, a wardrobe and a desk. Bathroom with shower. TV with international channels, high speed Wifi and air conditioning. The apartment is secured with security door and videophone. Convenience : Personalized delivery of the keys at arrival. Arrivals are from 3pm until 8pm. It is possible to get the keys earlier depending on availability. Between 8pm and 11pm, additional cost: 25 € Arrivals after 11pm have an additional cost of 40 €. Departures are before 11am. Weekly cleaning (option): 50 € Supplements to be paid on the spot in cash. Pool and private garden in the condominium. Aldeia De Luz - a warm and friendly welcome awaits you in our unique home. Each bedroom has its own character and the outside space is a delight. Our pool is available to you along with a beautiful patio and bbq area. Aldeia De Luz is a short walk from typical Portuguese restaurants and a short drive from supermarkets. Public transport is infrequent, a car is preferable. Palmela Castle is close-by, as is the Arrábida Natural Park. Beaches, Setúbal, Lisbon and the airport are within easy reach.

Resulting from the recent rehabilitation of a small medieval building in Alfama, the Casa da Amendoeira is structured around a series of courtyards and sunny balconies, interspersed with cozy interior spaces. The sound of running water from a fountain and a hammock are enticing prospects on warm summer nights in Lisbon. One of the courtyards is flooded with water, forming a pool. On the last floor, a balcony overlooking the river and the rooftops of the city is the ideal spot for a glass.

Located in a historic and charming building, totally refurbished in 2018. With a great location, between the viewpoint of Portas do Sol (Alfama) and Graça viewpoint, 2 minutes walk from the famous tram 28 and 5 minutes walk from the Castle. Great to discover the historic center.
