Live like you own Church street in SF

Thanks for taking an interest in my apartment. Its perfect for one to two people although it can sleep four with the pull out bed. Years ago, it was a home movie theater. I converted it into a bedroom but kept the movie screen. There are some personal family photos in the unit only. Dresser and closet are empty. The deck is a perfect place to relax in the afternoon to take in the sunset and look onto Church street. VERY IMPORTANT! Read my pet/parking information before booking.

We built this apartment with the thought that someday we would live in it ourselves. Thus, we chose to go "high end" with construction materials, fixtures, linens, and cookware. The apartment opens to our backyard garden, with a patio and bocce court. In the Inner Richmond, two blocks from Golden Gate Park, we are in a safe neighborhood, close to main bus lines, museums, great restaurants, and beautiful hikes. I have consistently been a Superhost since I started hosting, 14 years ago.
