Villa con accesso diretto sul lago d'Orta. La villa è immersa in un giardino nel quale è possibile passare una giornata rilassante sulle rive del più romantico dei laghi italiani. Lago balneabile e dalle acque particolarmente limpide. La temperatura dell'acqua è particolarmente mite ed è possibile nuotare da fine maggio sino ad inizio Ottobre. E' ideale anche come punto di appoggio per chi volesse visitare le numerose località turistiche della zona: Orta San Giulio, il Lago Maggiore con Stresa e le isole Borromee, il lago di Mergozzo, la Valle dell' Ossola, la Valle Strona, la Valsesia e molte altre. La casa è immersa nella natura, raggiungibile solo a piedi a 300 metri dal parcheggio, ma molto vicina al lago e al borgo che offre arte e cultura, splendide viste panoramiche, ristoranti e spiaggia. Ti piacerà per la tranquillità e la vastità degli spazi, i panorami verso il lago e le montagne, l'intimità, il soffitto a vista, la comodità, l'ampio prato intorno. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari e famiglie con bambini.
