The Cottage sits at the front of the property with a fenced off and completely separate Corner Peak Studio at the back of the property.

This modern, well appointed apartment in Albert Town, Wānaka, is alongside the Clutha River and 3.5 km (5 minute drive) from the Wānaka township. The apartment is adjacent to a selection of walking and biking tracks accommodating all levels of fitness. The apartment itself offers a safe environment within a complex that includes a tavern, a patisserie, a general store and a public laundry. Available now, new upmarket luxury lakefront apartment, privately owned. Apartment is located on ground level, beautifully designed, built and appointed, with it's own onsite parking. Located on the lakefront with stunning lake and mountain views, just a short 700 meter stroll to downtown Wanaka's shops, restaurants, and bars. During the ski season months of July ,August and September, a drying room for ski gear will be available on request, when booking.

Fancy a private place with mountain vistas, big wide open skies and a comfy warm bed and fully fenced private area? This is a self contained cabin with a seperate bedroom and ensuite. The cabin is situated on the corner of a 1 acre section surrounded by native plants and a small vegie bed for your use. Its located in Lake Hawea township and is a short drive or 12 min walk to the Lake. Wanaka township is a 15 min drive.

Our property was built in 2016 it has wonderful mountain vistas, walking & mountain bike tracks at its door step, light and airy inside with modern decor, open plan living, cool kids bunk room, great indoor out door flow for entertaining on the patio, wood fire for colder winter months. Cardrona and Trebble Cone ski fields just 30mins drive away and the lake is a fifteen minute walk or a few minutes drive.
