Modern Cabin; River! 13 acres! Hiking! Wineries!

Beautiful cabin -13 acre wooded hillside along Rockfish River. Home provides a wonderful blend of modern comfort (high speed internet, updated kitchen) in a rustic exposed post and beam cabin; 3 floors of living spaces allow options for gathering, working, playing together but also apart. Sliding glass doors lead to a large wrap around porch with gas grill, dining table, plenty of seating and a tree level view of the natural setting and wildlife. So much to explore on the property and nearby!

Belleview Retreat | 5 Bedroom Home Near Downtown

Charming 5 bedroom house in Charlottesville located just 1.6 miles from downtown. The Rivanna River Trail is only a five minute walk away. Amazing shopping and dining is close by. The house comes with two kayaks and two bikes for your enjoyment! Use this space as your starting point for vineyard/brewery tours. Small 450 sq ft, cottage has a queen size bed in the primary bedroom, bunk beds in the second bedroom and a full size futon in living room. Kitchenette equipped with modern appliances and breakfast table. Bathroom and shower. Wi-Fi. Private porch. Pets are welcome for an additional fee. Hike, canoe, fish and bike onsite on a 129 acres. Close by wineries, 15 min to Shenandoah National Park. This cabin is ideal for families!

BRAND NEW LISITING! Cozy stay in an updated colonial style house on a quiet street. Short drive from great local spots along Downtown Cville, UVA Corner, Monticello, Blue Ridge Parkway, The Appalachian Trail, breweries and local wineries. An excellent choice for hosting small gathering with good yard space and pouch. Renovated lakefront apartment, downstairs from the main home. It is located on beautiful Greene Mountain Lake with year-round lake and mountain views. Wildlife on the lake includes geese, herons, ducks, osprey, eagles, turtles, and beavers. The setting is serene and peaceful. You will have a private entrance and a covered porch. Kayaks are available for your use on the lake. Unit approved with a Special Use Permit for Tourist Lodging by Greene County.

Located on 151 -"alcohol alley". Literally seconds to Blue Mountain Brewery or Flying Fox Vineyard & a minute or two drive to Veritas, Cardinal Point, Afton Mt, Silverback, Valley Rd and more! Fiber internet, disinfected--couldn't ask for a better spot!

Charming 1947 Cape Cod Style home with three bedrooms and two updated bathrooms. The upstairs is big attic space with double bed and private bathroom. Modern kitchen with all new amenities. The home is 1.7 miles from UVA Rotunda and walking distance to parks, restaurants and downtown mall. Open to inquiries about any dates that do not appear open on calendar and price reduction for visits greater than 7 days
