We splurged as a family of 4 w/ our chihuahua. This is the absolute perfect home for 2 or even 3 families. Derek was responsive from day 1 of booking until check-out. The home is gorgeous. It's just as the pictures show, if not better. The basement has a bedroom with 2 Q beds, and the cinema can easily sleep a few more. This was a man cave for our sons! Upstairs, the master bedroom w/bath was perfect. There are 2 bunk beds right next to the master & another bdrm across the house. It's quiet, peaceful, and serene. We walked the trails behind the home (bring boots or hiking shoes if it's been raining). When you pull into the drive, on your right is a rolling river. The hot tub was a huge plus and was relaxing. We loved the fire pit (bring a lighter or matches) and playing pool, air hockey, & shuffleboard. My son brought his xbox & hooked it up to the 85" TV in the cinema. We watched movies via our Netflix account. We hope to go back in the future!

The accommodation is located in a quiet area and a short distance from the beach. I highly recommend this affordable place for a stay in Old Orchard Beach!

Beautiful house! Lots of space and had everything you need for your visit. The community pool was great too. Very close to Portland and easy to get to other areas of Maine from the location. Jason was a great host and very responsive and helpful! Only minor complaint was mattresses upstairs were a little on the firm side but other than that the house was great!

Kathy's place a wonderful spot to settle in. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean and fresh her place was. Having a place out back for the dog to run around was an extra bonus!

My wife and I were both very pleased. Private, beautiful setting, rain or shine. The bed was very comfortable and the amenities were very complete.

We’ve stayed a lot of places in the area and we will be booking this one again! Very clean, spacious, convenient. We did wish there was a full size pool table! But everything was really nice and we can’t wait to book again for our next ATV adventures!

My girlfriend and I came to celebrate our one year anniversary. It was everything we hoped for and more, the kitchen had everything we could dream of, the beds were comfortable, the surroundings were immaculate, not to mention the hot tub and easy access to the beach. Our host was responsive and willing to help with whatever we asked. All in all, it’s a beautiful location where Arian provided everything we could ask for to make the most of it. Would come back in a heartbeat!

This home is a stunning blend of mountain charm and modern luxury, and was an absolutely perfect stay for our group of 12 adults! The home was above and beyond what the photos showed, and was truly a retreat among the mountains. The place was immaculate, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The finishes and furnishings were top-notch, the kitchen was fully equipped for all types meals, and every room felt thoughtfully curated. We especially loved the fireplaces, the bar/game room in the basement, the spa-like bathrooms, and peaceful mountain views from the hot tub. Every detail made it feel like a five-star escape. The host, Tim, was extremely professional, friendly, super responsive, provided a seamless check in, and was extremely communicative during our stay. You can tell they truly care about creating a special experience. We’ve stayed in many Airbnbs, but this one stands out as one of the very best. Can’t wait to come back for another getaway—highly recommend!

Great spot for solo traveler or traveling duo! Convenient to lots of walkable spots. Easy parking. This place really isn’t for the tall of stature, but that’s spelled out fairly clearly in the listing. Very cozy!

Ryan's place was just as described in his listing! The place was clean when we arrived. There was even a basket of snacks on the counter for us! He provided restaurant recommendations and we had an opportunity to visit his establishment, Apres, where we drank some delicious hard seltzer. We had a great time!

I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb in the area! Dermot was great and his wife was such a sweet woman. She even came out to help us start the fire 😊 Their place was cozy, rustic, and so unique! Thank you for having us!

This is such a serene place! Unfortunately, it rained the weekend of our stay, so we weren’t able to fully enjoy the river or the beautiful deck overlooking it. Regardless, it was a wonderful stay. Valerie’s place was spotless, comfortable, and stocked with almost everything you could need in the kitchen—and then some. There is a regular coffee pot (not a Keurig), so if you prefer specific coffee pods, you may want to bring your own. Valerie did have coffee and sugar available for guests. While the ice maker wasn’t working during our stay, Valerie kindly provided a full container of ice in the freezer, along with bottled water in the fridge, which was much appreciated. The TV is not a smart TV, so we weren’t able to stream Netflix or similar apps, and the available channels were limited. Normally, we don’t watch much TV on vacation, but the rainy weekend made us take notice. All in all, it truly is a very cute, clean and cozy place to stay. We would very much recommend it. Thank you.

Place was as described and the host was very friendly and quick to respond. Downtown was a quick Uber ride there and back and host left us great recommendations to try out. My only negative was the bed does sit very low to the floor. I had a little trouble getting up because I’ve recently had spinal surgery and I have RA, but my husband was fine with it. Just in case an elderly person or someone with RA is thinking about it. I do highly recommend it other than that.

There's so much that can be said about this place and the area. We stayed for a week and barely scratched the surface of what's available to do. Within 15-20 minutes of driving, you'll find both sand and rocky waterfronts to explore, Island ferries, forest hiking, and countless amazing restaurants. Coming back to this place after each day of exploring felt like coming home to rest and recharge for the next day. Comfortable places to sit/sleep, conveniently supplied snacks, and great material to review what to put on your list for the next day. Please take my advice and stay here if you want to have a peaceful and fruitful stay in the Portland, ME area.

Great clean place in Kennebunkport. Friendly, helpful and responsive host. Beautiful views of marshes with outdoor activities to enjoy! Will definitely stay here again!

C’est l’endroit parfait ! Tout est très propre, et il ne manque rien! Kevin est très sympathique. Il a été de bons conseils. J’ai toujours rêvé de venir à OOB l’hiver et j’ai vraiment aimé l’expérience! Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Avec son emplacement et ses portes patios doubles, la vue est splendide! Pour les amateurs du bruit des vagues, de la vue de la mer, des levés de soleil, des longues marches à la plage… c’est l’endroit idéal!

This is the second time we have stayed at Bill's Condo. We love the location. I think this is one of the very best views in Nordic Village. Also, Bill is one of the best hosts that I have worked with. We had early check in which was great. The condo itself is very well stocked and had everything that we needed. Great Kitchen, comfortable bed, 2-person jet tub, and fireplace makes the condo very cozy and inviting. Hope to stay again soon.

We had an amazing experience at this house! The location is excellent, with easy access to everything we needed. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, accepting our last-minute booking and making sure everything was ready for our stay. The house is fully equipped with everything we needed to feel comfortable. Great accomodations at a great price especially during ice fishing derby weekend. Within minutes to Belmont Beach and Ahern State park for lake access and 20 mins to Derby HQ on main lake Winni. Centrally located to plenty of activities. Cozy accomodations and host was super informative pre-checkin or anything we needed. Although the game room is closed during winter, we are excited to come back in summer to utilize.

Our 3rd time staying here....great location and reasonably priced. Love the view out back to the trees and a peek of some mountains. Also great snow cleanup - we were here for a big storm and the plows cleared the car park and the paths were shoveled quickly.

We had a fabulous time at Meg’s Condo. The location was perfect and the unit was spotless! Also the beds were very very comfortable!! Highly recommend this to anyone!!

Love this place 2nd time coming here. We had an amazing stay amenities were just as described. Jacuzzi was by far my favorite. The arcade room is great. The family room in lobby feels like home. Place is super clean throughout. Definitely returning. Thanks Rick 😊

We had a great day! The place was perfect for our small group, and very convenient to the mountains for skiing. The condo had all the little things needed. And it was very comfortable. I would definitely book again.
