On arrival we look forward to welcoming you with a breakfast pack which includes locally made muesli / granola, organic milk, free range eggs, a loaf of bread and spreads. Guest are able to let themselves in as the apartment has coded entry. Access and contact details will be provided prior to arrival. A short easy stroll to either the beautiful Milford or Castor Bay beaches. Dining or shopping is also nearby at the Milford shopping precinct. Milford Shopping Centre has some of Auckland's top fashion shops, supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants. Self drive ++ Off-street car parking. Easy access to motorway on/off ramps. Quickest access to our place is via motorway exit 417: Tristram Ave. ++ 35 minute drive to/from Auckland Airport. ++ 15 minute drive to the Auckland CBD. ++ 7 minute drive to Takapuna entertainment and business centres. ++ 12 minute drive to the Albany business centres. Public transport options ++ Readily available taxi / Uber drivers in the area. ++ 50m walk to the nearest bus stop. ++ Bus #822 or #858 for Takapuna or the CBD. There are two streets of same name in the North Shore area. Please ensure that you confirm to your taxi driver or bus driver that you are requiring Castor Bay. Browns bay/Waiake with great sea views.

Near new property under our home, wicked sea views and lots of garden, 2 mins from the beach walking, to shops, bars and cafe's. Wheel chair accessible. There is a double bed and single swab for the floor if needed. plus, a double bed couch in the lounge. We have bassinet for small children Coffee and tea provided with full washing machine & kitchen. WiFi included. is fully catered for with everything you need. TV for your entertainment. Easy bus ride to Auckland City if you need too.

1km from the beach/restaurants/ pharmacy/supermarket in Mairangi Bay (10 mins walk/2-3 mins drive).The guest area is below the main house & has its own entrance. The studio with HRV ventilation, heatpump and double glazing is ideal for solo travellers, couples with or without one small child.
