To one side, you’ll discover a meticulously designed bathroom that boasts a beautiful bathtub. As you continue, you’ll encounter a spacious living room equipped with a sofa bed, and adjacent to it, a modern kitchen outfitted with all essential utensils. Additionally, there’s a dedicated workspace, equipped with a desk and ergonomic chair, ideal for those in need of a quiet space to focus. Ascending the stylish staircase, the upper floor will surprise you with a bedroom, featuring a queen-sized bed (150x200) offering panoramic views of the iconic Alhambra of Granada. Adjacent to the room, a bathroom with a shower adds to the comforts of the space. Undoubtedly, the patio with its hot water jacuzzi and a handy awning is the perfect nook to savor unique moments under the Granada sky. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses** During your stay, access to the room is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the room is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

Spectacular views of the Alhambra. Terrace. This apartment has lovely views south of the Alhambra & Sierra Nevada mountains. It has a private roof top terrace with furniture for dining or just relaxing in the sun and admiring the views. There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large double bed and Arabic bath to soak in after a hard day sight seeing or skiing. The second bedroom has twin beds. A cot with comfortable mattress is available on request. The terrace is accessed via a spiral staircase from the living room. The living room also has views south of Alhambra and the mountains and a small balcony. The renovation has aimed to fuse 18th century charm with 21st century comfort and style, the apartment has air-conditioning, heating, free WiFi internet access, a powerful shower with limitless hot water a TV & DVD player. A high chair or hair dryer are available on request. Private parking space 150m from the apartment which needs to be paid for in advance to be reserved and costs 15 euros per day. Guests have sole use of the entire apartment and the terrace. If you need our parking space its needs to be reserved and costs 15 euros a day / 80 euros a week.

El apartamento A ocupa la planta baja y consta de un dormitorio morisco con butacas de salón (más cama auxiliar a pedido para una persona), baño propio, ropero, cocina con comedor y un patio morisco con sillas, mesa y parasol. El Hamam con sala de agua fría y sala de vapor con banquillos calentados, coste adicional de 40€ por estancia. Se puede alquilar toda la casa (descuento, ver también Apartamento B). Desde el zaguán se sube al apartamento B y se accede a una pequeña tienda de arte. El tipo de hamam disponible iguala a un yacusi (si hay dudas por favor preguntar). Hay aparcamientos vigilados a unos 150 metros (coste 10.- €/día). El Hamam tiene un coste extra de 40.- €. Por favor preguntar antes de llegar para prepararlo bien. Por el servicio de limpieza se cobra 30.- €. Si se debe montar una cama adicional se cobra 40.- € extra. No se puede fumar en el interior del apartamento.

Apartamento recién reformado, está dentro de un Carmen, con un dormitorio con cama de matrimonio (1,35 m), salón con cocina integrada y baño moderno. En el salón hay un sofá cama nuevo (1,35 m), ideal para invitados o niños. También disponemos de cuna gratuita si viajas con un bebé. Perfecto para parejas, amigos o familias que quieran disfrutar de una estancia cómoda en Granada. Todas las zonas exteriores son compartidas con otro apartamento. Ofrecemos, además, servicio extra de limpieza diaria y compra en supermercado antes de la llegada (bajo petición). La entrada es autónoma a través de un código que se genera al hacer el check-in online el día de la llegada.

Se prestan servicios de desayuno, limpieza y planchado de ropa, cambio periódico de sábanas y toallas, utilización de Jacuzzi, previo pago de su importe por la prestación de esos servicios. Para poder trabajar en la habitación se dispone de escritorio y wifi. El dormitorio está compuesto por 2 camas individuales de 90 cm cada una. Son muy soleado y no disponen de ninguna terraza. Se puede utilizar el apartamento. Si se contrata los servicios de desayuno, limpieza de ropa, utilización del jacuzzi, lleva consigo el pago de un suplemento por la prestación de esos servicios.

Lujoso apartamento situado en el encantador barrio del Albayzin, a 7 minutos a pie de la catedral, y por tanto del centro de la ciudad. Magníficas vistas y panorámica de Granada para poder disfrutar de veladas románticas en pareja. Perfectamente comunicado, habiendo una parada de autobús a 25 metros de la casa, ademas si lo desea disponemos de un servicio de parking a 20€ la noche.
