Two BR Ranch style home in the San Luis Valley!

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. 20 minutes from Mount Blanca (second tallest mountain in Colorado) and Great Sand Dunes National Park. Natural hotspring close by. Best snow and skiing in Colorado 1.5 hours away. Small, town; home to Adam's State University. Lots of hiking, hunting and outdoor activities. Home has radiant heat; warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Full shower and walk-in bathtub in master bedroom. San Luis Valley known as the land of cool sunshine!

Private sparsely populated mountain community that is about 4 miles by car from The Great Sand Dunes National Park and about 2 miles from the Zapata Falls entrance. Beautiful views and amazing sunsets. Fire pit/grill/indoor and outdoor dining. Excellent central heat, kitchen with oven and stove, microwave, dual sinks. Refrigerator/freezer, hot shower. AC and USB outlets. So much natural light. Clean, comfortable, functional. Beautiful setting.

Little house at tilted ranch

Entire brand new home with full kitchen, one bathroom with washer and dryer, one bedroom with queen bed, one sofa with queen pull out bed. The home sits on 5 acres with amazing views. 30 minutes from The great sand dunes national park! 15 minutes from Sand dunes hot springs. Front and back porch perfect for watching the sunrise and sunsets, quiet get away. There is some equipment on property, We have a shop area in the back of the property we use occasionally but it is a good distance away

Cozy Heart Retreat

You will feel at home in this cozy duplex that is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood that has private areas, great neighbors, and a great location. Walking distance to downtown and many local restaurants. Our home has comfortable beds with a king size bed in the master bedroom with adjoining master bathroom. We also have many additional amenities including a game room in the garage and a gas fire pit on the back patio to keep everyone entertained. (STR 2998)

New one bedroom house, 780 square feet. Nine-foot ceilings, full kitchen, huge picture windows with mountain views in all directions. Heavy on wood, log, and cabin design. Iron pipe prevalent as well. Large deck with chairs, table, gas BBQ. New for 2025 small gazebo with propane fire pit, seating, table. Stay protected from wind and sun, incredible views.
