Elegant and Artistic Loft on Historic Madero Street

The apartment is a single volume space at unique San Carlos building, a 19th Century ex-Hotel, recently refurbished on Madero Street, between Bellas Artes and Zócalo. You can access to the apartment 303 and the roof terrace. If you need anything or have any doubt, you can always reach me through the system or in my cell phone. It will be a pleasure to make your stay a great experience. The loft is in a former hotel in a prime location on historic Madero Street, between Bellas Artes and the Zocalo. It's walking distance to major attractions, and is close to public transportation. Ideally, use google maps to orient yourself around the city. Nuestro espacio ubicado frente a Alameda Central, el Corazón Turístico de la Ciudad, a un paso del Palacio Bellas Artes y el Metro, cerca al Zócalo. Es un Loft Primera Clase piso quince, portero, vista incomparable, cama King Size, cocina equipada, comedor, area adecuada para trabajar con laptop, bien iluminada y cómoda silla tipo “gamer”, baño con una relajante regadera, SmartTV, ventilador enfriador oscilante, nuevo ventilador con humidificador, Gimnasio, Sala de Eventos. Bellísimo y cómodo!!

Amazing Loft at Old Factory & 360° Green Rooftop

Amazing loft located at an old garment factory renovated as modern LEED apartment building. This building recycles all water and reuses it for the rooftop urban agriculture area. The loft furniture was carefully curated to make the area comfortable while stylish and enjoyable. The rooftop has a 360° view of CDMX, with direct view to the skyline of the Reforma buildings. The Santa María neighborhood is well connected to Polanco, the Airport, Chapultepec, Condesa, Juárez and the Historic Center.

Sunny loft with a big terrace in a historic area

New and spacious two stories loft on an award winning renovated building from the 1940´s. Security 24/7 , personal digital code to access the apartment, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with Netflix/Mubi, and a shared laundry room in the building. The loft has one patio in the first floor and a huge terrace full of plants on the second floor next to the bedroom. It is usually very quite but there could be a little noise during the day if another apartment is doing renovations.

Beautiful loft in the heart of Mexico, in front of Alameda Central, the oldest urban park in the Americas; just a few steps away from Bellas Artes Palace, Latino Tower, Garibaldi Mariachi Plaza, museums, restaurants, and less than a mile away from the Zocalo, the Aztec capital Templo Mayor, and the Metropolitan Cathedral. *Not a quiet street or neighborhood.
