Very nice aparment in old town. Norma was very helpful with everyting we needed and held the apartment nice and clean. She is wonderful!!

O espaço atendeu bem as minhas necessidades principais. O bairro tem muitas opções de restaurantes e cafés. Eletrodomésticos funcionaram bem. O apartamento é no 10o andar, o que permite uma bela vista do bairro, sendo possível ver também o mar, e conta com elevadores. Nereyda é uma pessoa muito atenciosa e bondosa, dando instruções claras e se dispondo a ajudar. O apartamento é bem simples, com um decoração antiga que lembra casa de vó. Não possui wi-fi, o que pode ser um problema para quem tem iphone e precisa usar internet no computador (já que a opção de rotear fica indisponível quando se usa SIM cubano no iphone). Embora a rede elétrica do apartamento seja mais estável pela proximidade de um hospital (segundo informações da anfitriã), em caso de apagões na ilha (aconteceu comigo), se torna necessário usar a escada para lomoção, o que pode ser inviável para pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção. Sugiro muito levar bateria extra de celular se for pra Cuba.

Muy encantada de haberme quedado con Yurguen desde el principio hasta el final se preocupó por cada necesidad o demanda que tuvieramos , nos fue a recoger al aeropuerto, es muy servicial , responsable, honesto, amigable , nos hizo sentir en casa con cada detalle que tuvo , súper recomendado . Siempre nos brindó una mano ante cada situación, por ejemplo, se nos presentó un problema personal, algo externo con el airbnb y él nos apoyó bastante a resolverlo, se convirtió en nuestro amigo. El apartamento es muy bonito, bastante contemporáneo , el agua y el gas nunca fue un problema , con un aire acondicionado que funciona bastante bien , tiene una mesa de vidrio cómoda para leer o estudiar , un balcón para salir a tomar una rica taza de café y una cama bastante cómoda , sin duda mi mejor decisión.

The neighborhood is safe and full of charm, making it ideal for exploring Havana. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated with a mix of modern comforts and Cuban flair. The balcony offered stunning views, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening mojito. The air conditioning kept the space comfortable, even during the hotter days. Our host was exceptional—friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful. They arranged transportation when needed, which made our trip even more seamless. Julio was the kindest person ever! So communicative, helpful, responsive, and anytime I needed anything he showed up. He made reservations for me every single night. He recommended location after location. He went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was beautiful and that it was! I recommend him over and over again! His space was so artistic And all the interior designs made me happy. I genuinely feel like words can’t even explain how wonderful of a human he is! Please stay at his location you won’t regret it!

No encuentro las palabras para describir lo MARAVILLOSA que fue mi estancia con Esperanza 💕 sin duda volveré. La ubicación es perfecta para visitar muchas cosas caminando, sus recomendaciones fueron las mejores, su calidez indescriptible, la seguridad de la casa es muy buena, el desayuno super delicioso, recomiendo SI o SI sus habitaciones en renta. Me voy con el corazón lleno de conocer a personas tan maravillosas, Esperanza nos hizo sentir más que en casa, agradezco muchísimo cada atención.

This is my second time staying in this house, and it won't be the last one. My family and I feel at home. The hosts are very welcoming, warm, friendly, respectful, and generous people. They are attentive to fix every detail. The house is very confortable, super spacious, quiet, clean. The garden is beautiful! and the pool is great! Amarylis and Guillermo's cuisine is super delicious. They make their best effort to please us. The beautiful beach is right there. I 100% highly recommend this house.

Roberto and co. were great hosts. very helpful from the very beginning and also very flexibel. the house is very comfortable and I dependent, I had a great time here with the family. Ada was also very kind and made our stay that much more please t knowing we could come to her any moment and she would be ready to help with a smile and even have a coffee with us. They also were kind enough to let us stay in the house until 6 pm since our flight was at midnight wich was a great relief. I definitely recommend staying here of you are in guanabo.

We returned to Yeneir’s house after visiting 7 years ago and it was just as perfect this time. The house is lovely and the neighbourhood is so beautiful, peaceful, safe and friendly with several great restaurants nearby. Gretel was an amazing host who took care of our every need in such a friendly, competent manner. We can’t recommend this wonderful home more highly! If you want to experience Havana, choose this place to stay.

Very satisfied with the stayed I enjoyed ever single minute of the house and the host Yeli was great besides everyone else that came to take care of the house. I recommend this house 100% and definitely will come back to it. Thank you for having us.

This was the most impressive home we stayed in! Located in Miramar, a top neighborhood surrounded by diplomatic and residential homes, it’s unassuming outside but a stunning surprise inside—modern, spotless, and beautifully designed with an artistic beach vibe. You can rent by room or the entire space. Four en suite rooms, but all 5 rooms have keypad-locked doors and safes for security. Location also includes 24/7 security. The home is fully equipped with air conditioning, WiFi, a coffee machine, top-tier appliances (hair dryer), and streaming services (WiFi can be spotty, as expected in Cuba). Includes both 110 & 220 outlets. Lots of thought and intention. The rooftop pool is a true highlight, and fresh flowers were a lovely touch! Marcos is an amazing host—attentive, responsive, and able to arrange transportation, tours, or dining. The staff keeps the home pristine. A truly special stay—we’d return in a heartbeat!

Orlando et Yudith ont été des hôtes incroyables. On s’est directement senti à la maison. Ils nous ont donné pleins d’informations sur les choses à faire au alentours et surtout beaucoup de conseils utiles pour nous qui arrivions la première fois à Cuba. Le logement est proche de la vieille ville et dans une rue calme. On y retournera avec grand plaisir ☺️

Building manager Joandi is absolutely Amazing, Kind, informative and really helped to pull all the details of this trip together for us. Tony owns an awesome bar with good music and food definitely worth checking out. The location was central to everywhere we wanted to go and looks just like the pictures. When I return I'll be back!! Estoy muy feliz de que hayamos logrado encontrar un alojamiento donde la pasamos muy bien en La Habana, Cuba. Y nuestro anfitrión Calixto fue particularmente atractivo. Parece que realmente proporcionó un momento agradable y memorable. Pasar un buen rato en un alojamiento es extremadamente importante y, obviamente, las habilidades de hospitalidad de Calixto contribuyeron mucho a eso. Su amabilidad, amabilidad y disponibilidad probablemente fueron fundamentales para que nos sintiéramos como en casa y encontráramos todo lo que necesitábamos. El alojamiento fue de alta calidad donde se cubrieron todas nuestras necesidades básicas y pudimos relajarnos y recargar energías entre exploraciones. La Habana en Cuba es una ciudad emocionante y estoy seguro de que encontró muchos lugares de interés y experiencias interesantes. La excelente ubicación de la propiedad nos permitió explorar fácilmente la ciudad y acceder a sitios culturales e históricos. Agradecemos a Calixto y su esposa por todo.

Un lugar exelente, tranquilo, exelente ubicacion muy buena vista al mar con unas puestas de sol indescritibles. solo un detalle que elevaria esta estancia aun mas. y es que le proporcionen al cliente cosas basicas, como papel de baño, pasta de diente y alguna aguas o refrescos entre otras cosas, aunque se le cobre al cliente si las consume. Solo para que el huesped tenga una primera opcion al llegar. En mi caso al llegar no tenia papel higienico y nada que tomar, y salir a compra algo despues de un viaje largo es algo molesto, en especial si no conoces nada. por lo demas fue una estancia muy placentera lo recomiendo 100%.

Patricia went out of her way to help me with whatever I needed. Her brother cooked my dog meals because I had forgotten my dogs food and the pet store i walked to had gone out of business. Patricia speaks good English and available whenever i had a question or concern. I plan staying there again!

La verdad muy bueno todo algunos inconvenientes de luz y agua mínimos que no estaba en las manos de los anfitriones, No había wifi en el apartamento por temas internos en donde David y Carolina resolvieron con un chip y celular como Rauter resolvieron al 100 deberás que si regresaría y súper recomendando todos los días preguntaban por la estadía y cambiaron toallas todo muy bien felicidades
