First off, this home is MUCH larger than expected. Kind of an odd layout but made for some funny times when family members literally got lost trying to get back to their bedrooms :) Carissa was super responsive and answered every question we had in a friendly and timely manner. A+++ Bummer the pool was inaccessible but the constant rain had messed with the levels. No one's fault and Carissa let us know prior to departure. Gave checkin 4/5 only because a TV was left on with no lights in the front room giving the impression someone was inside when we were looking to check in after a later than expected arrival and that kind of freaked us out.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was amazing! The house is beautiful! We would love to stay here again.

We took a youth group for services at World of Pentecost in Burlington and this duplex was the perfect space for us! Girls on one side and boys on the other! The backyard was a perfect spot to all get together and peaceful. The games were wonderful to have too! Perfect location.. close to everything. Roy and his wife were always quick to answer if we had a question or an issue. It honestly was a great trip! We were even offered a late check out if needed! Definitely plan on staying here again!

Great home in a quiet safe area! The house was perfect for me and my son while he recovered from surgery. Would def stay here shin! Robin was awesome and responded immediately to any questions I had and gave a great recommendation for a local farmers market. A+

I loved the location and easy walkability to Elon. This place is brand new and very clean. Comfortable beds and well stocked with cozy linens, yummy treats and everything else you need when away from home. Both sets of grandparents were happy staying here with me as we visited my son at Elon. Neighbors were friendly and waved to me when I saw them during my daily walks. I had quiet and peaceful sleeping during all three nights of my stay. Internet was reliable and fast so I could work during the day.

Karen and Cat are great. Responsive and go the extra mile to make sure all is good. 2nd stay at this place... great house for Elon, Burlington, Graham and even GSO.

Very nice, comfortable, clean, enjoyed seeing Mebane, however the highway and railroad woke us up at 4:30 one morning, so might suggest a white noise machine possibly would help. Otherwise, beautiful home, great towels and appliances , looked new on the inside. Extra supplies readily available. Much thought was put into this home, very convenient to Mebane.

This is one of the best apartments we’ve stayed at. It’s comfortable and well furnished. There were snacks, coffee, and creamers in the refrigerator. The location is so convenient to UNC and downtown. We hope to stay here again.

This place was one of the nicest Airbnbs I've stayed at! Very cute decor, exceptionally clean, lots of extras, and the beds were super-comfortable. We especially enjoyed the large front porch. Beth was a also a pleasure to work with and had helpful information about the area. We didn't need to move our car the entire weekend, as the house is right in Carrboro, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. I would highly recommend this Airbnb and will book again when I'm in the area.

We enjoyed our stay and Dawn was a great host! The listing described the space perfectly. The host was very responsive and the little added touches such as snacks and coffee were very much appreciated. If you're in the area, I'd highly recommend The Sweet Spot!

We loved our stay. Communication was excellent and the hosts were very accommodating. The property was very clean and adorably decorated. The shower was phenomenal and the beds super comfy. Very nice to have access to laundry! Great location only 10 min drive from Elon. Would definitely recommend and would stay again

first of all, aj just about saved our lives the night that we stayed here! we booked a different airbnb property to stay at for the 2 nights we were in raleigh but upon the arrival of night one and seeing just how disgusting our host left the place for us, we knew for sure we couldn’t spend another night in that stay. the 2nd day in raleigh, after contacting support for a different place to stay at, we came across aj’s home and reached out to him and asked if we could stay. not only was he SUPER responsive, like extremely quick responses(!), but he accommodated us instantly, sent us over all the info we would need for our stay and actually made sure it was clean! bedrooms are very identical so we didn’t have to “einey meany miney mo” a room lol. the only thing we disliked was the driveway but nc was just hit with a hurricane so. if you book here, just be super careful and drive SLOW when you enter and exit the property. otherwise, this stay was great. aj, thank you SO MUCH!! :)

Loved our stay in this great condo. Very close to the walking trails with a fun short walk to the local coffee shop! Within a short drive to UNC. Felt very comfortable and loved listening to the birds and watching the squirrels outside the windows. Thank you!

Great experience. Easy to check in. I always appreciate when there is a self check in process so we can show up anytime after the check in time. Place was easy to find. Plenty of parking in front of premises, even room for two cars. Safe. Even thought we didnt use it, Aj also provided the detergent for laundry if needed for a longer stay. Only thing was, the floors felt like they needed to be cleaned and there was a dead bug on my pillow. But understandable as the place was in the woods. All in all, a great stay.
