Spacious Villa with terrace close to the sea

Newly renovated two-bedroom villa located in a beautiful securited complex called Al Hamra Village. In front of the villa is shared pool and 10 minutes walk clean public beach, also nearest shop is about 3 minutes walk open 24/7 and shopping mall is located about 10 minutes by car. Upstairs you can find two bedrooms, one bathroom and two balconies. Downstairs are updated kitchen, bathroom, living room with sofa bed and a beautiful covered terrace with BBQ in the backyard.

Enjoy this beautiful 2 BR, 2.5 bath apartment overlooking the Arabian Gulf. Wide ocean and sunset views. The apartment is freshly decorated, super-well-equipped, and comes with gym/pool access. 10-minute walk to the beach and jet skiing. Please read our excellent reviews. Like all Al Hamra flats, the temperature does not go below 22-23 degress in the apartment from April-September. We provide additional fans and an evaporation cooler.
