Luxury apartment in Yas Island

I love the Roshnee's place — very cozy, peaceful, and convenient. We had everything we wanted there, and the delivery services/taxis plus the neighbouring Carrefour and the coffee shop fulfilled the remaining needs. The apartment provides access to the private beach and it's a nice add-on. It's suitable for both having a good rest, and for working at, if you need too (like we did) — all the necessary furniture and amenities are there to help. Would definitely use it another time we are at Yas Island.

What a treasure! Stunning views, spacious and elegant apartment , grocery store downstairs. Best of all was the host, Adam. I was jet lagged and foggy and had a minor issue I could have easily solved myself, Adam dashed over and solved it for me, and was super friendly World class!

Mona was an awesome host! She responds quickly to messages. There are a couple of maintenance issues that need to be addressed, but she was very receptive and appreciative that I brought them to her attention. If you stay here know that there are two different check in desks because the building is also a hotel which I didn’t know. There was a little confusion about where to check in at first. You want the desk for the residences. There are many things to do on the property including live bands on some nights. I had my first Turkish bath there and it was amazing! There is a supermarket across the street at the mall and a food court if you want to dodge the high prices at the resort. The Persian Gulf view is amazing and so is the sunset. However, compared to what the hotel guests are paying for all inclusive I find this Airbnb to be somewhat overpriced.

Dream chic studio at Yas Island

We had a wonderful stay at Anastasia’s place. The location was perfect. Anastasia always responded quickly and was really helpful especially with early check-in. The apartment was really clean and the photos did not do it justice. My only negative was that there was not much wardrobe space for 2 of us for 10 days. We will definitely stay with Anastasia again when/if we visit Anu Dhabi again. Thank you

We spent an amazing 3 weeks in Sylvie’s appartment in Mamsha. The view from the balcony was to die for, looking onto the beach and the aquamarine sea, a gorgeous place to relax with morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The appartment is very spacious, beautifully decorated and furnished, it has a lovely feel very calm and relaxing. You are also right in the doorstep of many amazing bars and restaurants Niri being our favourite. It is also close to the Louvre which is a must see. Sylvie was a fantastic host meeting us and showing us round the appartment making sure we had everything. The chocolates she gave us were a lovely surprise. We would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi, the appartment is gorgeous and in the best location. We would most definitely stay there again.

Shallow Waters Beach House 🏖

The house is very authentic and feels it has a beautiful and peaceful vibe. Super spacious inside and outside plenty of spaces to play and chill. We were entertained all the time either chasing the sea tide or jumping in the pool. Kitchen had a lot of utenciles to offer for our cooking and bbq. We only wish we didnt stay longer. Big thanks to Hind and her team for making us feel home away from home. Cant wait to come again!!!

Our one-night stay was comfortable and straightforward. The apartment was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, and they provided a crib for my baby, which was helpful. The location is convenient, with a Starbucks and grocery stores nearby. A simple, functional stay. thanks for hosting!

We initially booked for 2 weeks but stayed another 2 weeks. The apartment is fantastic and has everything you need for your home away from home. The location is brilliant for the Corniche with access to many many restaurants. A massive thanks to Esperanza and her team who are always responsive, accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend this apartment.

Appartement bien situé et très spacieux . La plage est à quelques minutes à pieds . Les commerces de proximité sont au pied de l’immeuble . Les gens sont très accueillants dans ce quartier . Le logement était propre à notre arrivé et agréable pour y rester quelques jours

Spacious and clean apartment, well equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, not far from the beach (10 min walking), many shops and cafes around, felt like we lived surrounded by locals rather than tourists, which was a plus. If I had to mention drawbacks, there is not much of a view from the apartment and the swimming pool is quite small but these didn’t affect our stay much. Overall I would certainly recommend this place!

Nuoširdus AČIŪ už ryte suteiktus apartamentus kas mums buvo labai aktualu- buvome su 8 mėn. kūdikiu kuriam buvo suteikta vaikiška lovytė.Apartamentai daug didesni tikrovėje, labai švarūs ir tvarkingi. Baseinas ant stogo- puikus su îspūdingais vaizdais. Automobiliui garaže vieta irgi yra. Atostogas praleidome jausdamiesi lyg būtume savo namuose! AČIŪ ESPERRANDA IR JOS KOMANDAI!!🙏😘
