Die Unterkunft war sehr geräumig. Die Räume sind größer, als es auf den Fotos aussieht. Alles war blitzsauber, große Betten. An jedem Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Bad. Auch der Pool des Gebäudes war schöner als auf den Fotos. Das Einzige, was etwas gestört hat, war der Lärm der Baustelle direkt gegenüber. Aber da überall gebaut wird, kann die Vermieterin daran nichts ändern. Der Kontakt war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Eine klare Empfehlung!

Stayed here for a week, and felt right at home! It was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Very walkable area, including right to the beach! The staff on duty were exceptionally friendly and helpful as well!

Апартаменты Елены очень удобно расположены в самом центре района Мина Аль Араб в пешей доступности от пляжа, рядом с магазином, кафе и набережной для прогулок Квартира очень уютная и ухоженная, в ней есть все необходимое для жизни Вечером бывает немного шумно, так как внизу расположены популярные кафе, но к этому я быстро привыкла Очень рекомендую остановиться у Елены, она очень быстро отвечает на сообщения!

This was our third time staying at the Address Residences, but our first time at Saeed’s apartment. Saeed’s apartment was the best, all the amenities that you would expect to find in a resort hotel, plus we booked last minute and he had the apartment ready for us in a couple of hours. The staff is wonderful and accommodating at the residences and the hotel, the property has three pools and a beach, plus several restaurants. It’s a wonderful place to stay and we can’t wait to visit again!

Trust me, you’ll have the time of your life at this place! My friends and I came here for Eid, and it was an unforgettable experience. A special shoutout to Dina, who was always easy to communicate with and ready to assist us at any time. Highly recommend!

Everything was really good Re location and property. The only thing that I would point out is closer attention to cleaning. There were ketchup stains on the kitchen cupboards, and some items of furniture had cigarette stains . I would also refresh the painting. At price requested, I would be expecting perfection.

We had a great weekend stay! From the moment we confirmed the reservation to our check out, they were very responsive, helpful and kind. The villa itself was super comfortable, spotless and had everything we needed. The view of the sea and mountains is a perfect way to start your morning and the back yard with the pool is exactly what's needed for a weekend getaway! Highly recommend

This property was in a great location, surrounded by a mountain on one side and the beach on another. It was amazing to have access to all the hotel’s amenities. The host has managed to keep the place very clean with a great minimalistic aesthetic. Very responsive with any small issues or concerns and accommodative to our needs. Would definitely recommend for an escape from the city. Best staycation at Al noon

Perfect for a Family or Friends Getaway We stayed here for a quick 2-day break and really enjoyed it. The property is very spacious, well-maintained, and has all the basic amenities you’d need for a comfortable stay. Great spot if you’re looking to unwind and spend quality time with family or friends. A couple of things to note: •The location is a bit remote, with most restaurants, cafes, and attractions about a 15–20 minute drive away. •There’s a small supermarket within the community, but it’s quite pricey and has very limited options - worth stocking up before you arrive. Overall, a relaxing and peaceful escape - would definitely recommend for a short getaway!
