I had a wonderful stay at Waleed’s apartment in Al Khuwair, central Muscat. The location is peaceful yet very central—close to iconic sites, shopping malls, and all the amenities you could need. The apartment is in a quiet block and has stunning views of the sand dunes and even the NJ Muscat sign on Mount Al Jabel. It really feels like you’re surrounded by beauty on all sides. The living room is spacious and inviting, the beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms are clean and fully functional. The photos are an accurate representation of the home, and check-in was smooth and straightforward. Waleed and his team were incredibly welcoming, efficient, and always accessible whenever we needed anything. The home felt safe and secure, and it was easy to find. I stayed with my sister and husband, and we also had family visit us a couple of times—they were really impressed and reassured to see that we were in such a lovely and well-kept space. Pristine apartment within walking distance of the Mall of Oman and the Mohammed Al Ameen Mosque. A lot of new buildings are being built in the neighborhood and I imagine it’s a rapidly-changing area. Some great local restaurants can also be found in the area. Residential and quiet.

Alloggio confortevole, con aria condizionata e arredamento molto moderno. Il terrazzino in comune con la palazzina da cui si scoperte anche il mare è stato molto gradito per cene e colazioni. La spiaggia di Qantas si trova a due minuti a piedi. Purtroppo nei dintorni non ci sono ristoranti dove pranzare o cenare, sicuramente un dettaglio da tenere a mente.

The apartament is wonderful, well located in al Mouji. The complex has beautiful pools and gym. The host is very welcoming and took really good care of us. The mattress is a bit hard for our standard but The host was so kind and brought us a topper. Would definetly raccomand it!

This spot is very close to the airport, beyond expectations and in a private neighborhood where it’s very safe , photos looked like the place and amenities are as described, also the host is the best he welcomed us in a very good way , we would definitely boon this again if we come back to muscat.

Great place, clean and close to the airport. A little far from Muscat itself. The only thing that really made this place not a 5 star was the living room smelt of old cigarette smoke and I wasn’t able to enjoy the room due to that, it was that strong. The bedrooms however were smoke free.

This apartment is simply top-notch. Located in a great neighborhood with many good restaurants, yet it is very quiet. There is also a shopping center with a large supermarket just around the corner. The apartment itself is equipped with everything important. The pool in the courtyard of the complex is also great. And Bader is a fantastic host, always available and very flexible. Highly recommended.

Abdullah’s place is a little gem.. situated @ Juman, the building has much higher standard than other buildings at the Mouj. What is so unique is the view, which you can enjoy from the very big balconies, Albudllah is a great host, and he planned everything to make the place a home form home : water bottles, great coffee machine, essentials at the fridge , all you need to clean/ use @ the kitchen, some fabulous touches all around the flat, that make it such a great experience. I had asked Abdullah to arrange extra items that were required specifically for us, and this was done so well and kindly. Abdullah does respond very quickly and always available for any requests… We shall be back… as we were very sad to leave!!! Oman is such a fabulous place and what makes it so special is the kindness of Omanis. Abdullah is a true reflection of this… kind, helpful and a pleasure to talk to.

Das Appartment ist in einer exclusiven Wohnanlage zwischen Muscat und Al Seeb gelegen. Es ist sehr ruhig dort und der 1 minütige Fußweg zum Jachthafen und der Bummelmeile The Walk mit vielen Restaurants und Cafés ist sehr bequem zu erreichen. Zum Stand geht man ca. 5 Minuten, dort gibt es keine Sonnenschirme, diesen sollte man sich mitbringen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und komfortabel eingerichtet, es fehlte uns nichts. Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner sind vorhanden, so dass man nicht zu viele Kleidung einpacken muss. Bei unserer Ankunft war die Wohnung sauber und Armani kümmerte sich umgehend um unsere zusätzlichen Wünsche, es fehlte noch ein Handtuch und ein frisches Bettlaken, dieses wurde gleich am nächsten Morgen gebracht. Die Klimaanlage nutzten wir nur zeitweise, um ab und zu die Schlafzimmer etwas runterzukühlen, sie ist sehr leise und leistungsstark. Toll ist auch der nebenan gelegen Privatpool! Wir kommen gerne wieder😊

Mr Said is an excellent host. We stayed in Muscat for 5 days. House was nice and clean, served our purpose. Location was perfect, nice and safe. Thanks Said for everything!

Good location nice restaurants and beach close

Thanks to Gharniqa for being such a wonderful host! She was incredibly kind, helpful, organized, and always quick to respond to our messages. The apartment was very comfortable, cozy, and spotlessly clean - it felt like a home away from home. We'll definitely be visiting again soon and would highly recommend staying here!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

If you want a private and beautiful location which is away from everything, this is the place. The villa is clean and everything works. You are living amongst the locals and everyone is welcoming. Do not think this is a place where you can dress in bikinis and have loud music playing all day long. Respect the locals. What makes this place even more special is the host who is better that a butler and resolves all your problems instantly. Nice local restaurants and a mini market to buy small snacks. Just to point out there is no front or rear garden at the property. You are within walls, which is a good thing as it is a hot country. The pool is within the building so easy access all day long for kids. If you have kids or stupid adults with you be careful you don't brake anything in the villa as you will be paying for it. Basically respect other people's stuff.

Great place, better than pictures, felt like at home, the house is really beautiful! One only downside were the cars coming and going on the beach at night outside the house and people having barbeques next to the cars leaving a lot of rubbish! we have been during Eid celebrations so the number of car was probably higher than normal!

The appartement is very well equipped and Zahir was really helpful in making arrangements.

Khalid is a kind-hearted and wonderful host, offering to help when he can. He welcomes his guests with open aend and treats you like a good friend. We had some lovely conversations; he is an intelligent and interesting person to talk with. Also he is knowledgeable about Oman, and is happy to give you a tour. I wish I could spent more time. Thank you so much!

the place was amazing .. much better than the photos .. the beach was near. we accessed the Jumeirah muscat bay hotel with a paid daily pass since we didn't brought an umbrella with us .. still anyone can use the free beach.. much recommend

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely 2-bedroom villa in Muscat! The host was incredibly friendly and professional, accommodating our very early check-in request and frequently checking in to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The villa is in an excellent location, making it easy to explore Muscat’s attractions and offering convenient access to the highway for day trips outside the city. The property was well-equipped with all the essentials and more – from a TV, excellent air conditioning, and WiFi to extra kitchen appliances like an air fryer and sandwich maker. The parking space right outside the villa was also a huge plus for us. Overall, this is a fantastic option for a small family visiting Muscat. It provided everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it!

Otelin sahibi Mr.Baseel, çok iyi ve yardım eden biri. Havalimanından otobüsle ve biraz yürüyerek toplam 20 -25 dakika da ulaşabilirsiniz yani havalimanına yakın olması avantaj.Kendi yemek pişirebileceğiniz mutfak var.Bedava kahve. Oturma odası çok güzel ,LED TV, kitaplar ,müzik aletleri ve yeni insanlarla tanışabilirsiniz arkadaşlık ortamı var. Çok tatlı bir Scottish Fold kedisi var.😇 Marketlere ve Restoranlara yakın.İlk gün yolları biraz şaşırabilirsiniz mutlaka Harita uygulaması kullanın ilk gün. Yeni insanlarla tanışmak sosyalleşmek ve havalimanina yakın yerde konaklamak isteyenlere tavsiye ederim

オマーンの海近くにある建物の最上階にある部屋。P階と案内があるけど、本当にP階が存在する。 内装がとってもかわいく、まるで日本のかわいい部屋にいるみたいでオマーンにいるのを忘れてしまう。 ・ベッドルームは2つあり、ダブルルームとツインルームがある。計3人泊まれる。 ・コンセントはBFタイプ。 ・キッチンあり、調理器具がかなり揃ってるので、本格的な調理も可能。冷蔵庫も大きく、コンロも4口。設備が機能しないということは無かった。 ・お風呂が2つあるから混まない。トイレ（手動ウォシュレットつき）もドライヤーも2つある。 ・あくまで日本の基準からすると温水シャワーの水圧がかなり弱め。洗えなくはない。 ・最上階角部屋なので非常に静かで、音に敏感な人でも安心して泊まれる。街から離れているので、アザーンや車の走行音も聞こえにくい。（隣の部屋はベッドのある部屋と接していない。） ・OTAXIでここに行くことはもちろん簡単だけど、捕まるのも簡単。ちゃんとすぐ捕まる。空港からはOMR4、モスクやオペラ劇場、アザイババスステーションまではOMR1.5程度（10分くらい）。ニズワやバハラに行くのも便利な立地。 ・洗濯機（しかも洗剤つき）があるため、持って行く服を減らせる。 ・セルフチェックアウト＆セルフチェックイン。チェックアウトは手順がやや複雑だけど、計画が詰まってても泊まれる。 ・ハウスルールは多めだけど、日本人からしたら当たり前のこと（礼儀みたいなもの）が大半なので、それほどマイナスポイントにはならないと思われる。 ・土禁である。これも日本と同じ。 ・衣紋掛けがあるので、服の管理が楽ちん。 とにかく、とってもオススメな部屋です。

Nadia’s place is amazing and clean with a nice pool view located in the middle of muscat. Would definitely stay again!
