Visit Theatres Near a Hidden Gem in a Quiet Area

Gather round a private braai area and have South African style BBQs with leafy views during the day and sunsets in the evenings. Glazed sliding doors lead to a roomy, open-plan interior with cool stone tile floors and natural wood kitchen cabinetry. Fully load-shedding friendly with solar and backup batteries. No electricity downtime. This apartment is attached to the main house but has its own private entrance. The full apartment is for the quests own use. This apartment is for 1 - 4 people sharing. 1 separate bedroom with double bed and single bed & ensuite bathroom (shower only). 1 separate toilet. 1 bed in living area. The open plan has a lounge set, dining room table and kitchen area. The kitchen is furnished for self-catering and includes a fridge, microwave, two-plate stove, mini-oven, kettle, pots and cutlery. Guests can enjoy free WiFi and a flat-screen TV with full DSTV Package. The in-door area is 95m2 and the braai area another 35m2. Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment. Self Check-in procedure. I’m sometimes not telephonically available during the day but can always be reached via the AirBnB App, text message or email. If you wish to meet me, just let me know and we can meet. The apartment is in the Lynnwood neighbourhood in Pretoria East. It's a peaceful place for a morning run and afternoon walk. Walk to Hoërskool Menlopark and a grocery store. Atterbury theatre is also close by. Uber is available in this area. Main road with Gautrain busses are in walking distance. The apartment is on the second floor and can only be reached via steps.

The 1-bedroom cottage is located separately on the owners' property and can accommodate 2 guests. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed while its en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower. TV with Showmax and Youtube. Fast Wifi. Kitchenette is equipped with a bar fridge, microwave oven, 2-plate stove, kettle and basic utensils. Communal pool. Not loadshed.

Lots of bird life Impala, Blesbok and giraffe roaming around. 1 Bedroom with queen size bed and bathroom on suite. The area offers shopping, animal sanctuaries, cable car, restaurants, movie sets, etc. We are in a nature estate with free roaming animals & fauna and flora expected in such an estate.
