5 stars all around. A really lovely bungalow and I got to met Angela and she was a pleasure to deal with.

I really think the photos do not do this place justice. It's way roomier than it looks in photos and the absolute luxury of the place is understated. The huge TV and incredible soundbar in the lounge is perfect for the dreary, rainy weather we had. The fully stocked kitchen has literally anything you could hope for. The underfloor heating kept the whole place wonderfully cozy. The rain shower with the beautiful view had perfect pressure and heated up immediately. And to top it all off, STUNNING views directly from the bed. You can't find better, book this place ASAP!

Nice property in an idyllic cal-de-sac, surround by trees, bird life and a lovely stream. Short wander down to township. House had everything you need for a short stay. Nice and warm with heat pump, but just missing a log fire and dishwasher which would make it perfect. Sleep out was ideal and beds comfortable.

Thank you Creighton and Shannon for a memorable stay in your beautiful home. My family and I enjoyed our visit to Christchurch and the house was perfect for our stay. The house itself had all amenities you could ask for, modern and spacious, quiet location and easy to access.

Booked this for my dad and husband attending an event nearby. They really enjoyed the space, it was great value and really centrally located. Host was very helpful and friendly throughout, appreciate the proactiveness in her messages on check in day. 10/10

Thank you for accomodating our request and let my pooches in your place, outdoor area and fully fence. Cozy apartment, it’s not a big space but it’s enough to come home to sleep after a day in the city. Bed comfy, the pillows are too soft hehe Bathroom are spacious and living area is good too. Narrow driveway but handy to have parking space dedicated to your stay, easy checking in/out. Will I stay again ? YES!

Fantastic property. Even better than photos. The pool and outside area was amazing. Every amenity you could think of was there. Added touch of a Christmas tree and a present under it for our the little girl in our group. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful spot in a very tranquil setting. The suite was perfect; lots of room, private and it had everything we needed and more. Without a car I wasn’t sure how easy this place would be to access but it was a short walk (uphill) from the bus stop. Loved our stay and how friendly, accommodating and helpful Jen was.

overall a great stay. the flat was as expected, fully functional and good equipped. access to the beach was nice, especially to observe the early sunrise. it's outside of New Brighton, to shops and bars it would be a 6+km walk (a bit long). there is a bus stop in front of the house which brings you to New Brighton in 10-15 min and into the city (bus interchange) in 40-45 minutes. with a car you probably would be better off. but it was absolutely OK without. the host Robert is a very nice guy. we had some good chats.

Such a fun experience! We have stayed twice, once with a group or friends and once with our children and both times it was a hoot! Love being fully immersed in the 80's/retro interior design aspects and the thought taken to provide a fun getaway for all ages. The outdoor activities are designed to keep everyone occupied for hours. Great out of the box accomodation option!

We only stay there a few hours, but the house is very clean and the beds are comfy.

We were unable to get to our originally scheduled air BnB due to flooding and on very short notice Anne was able to accommodate us. We ended up staying for 3 days and probably enjoyed things more than our original plan. Anne and Pete were very friendly and welcoming. Very clean, comfortable, and functional with a well stocked kitchen. Located in a very private and quiet area in the countryside just outside of Christchurch. Plenty of places to eat and shop close at hand. Also some awesome hikes around nearby Lyttleton. We really enjoyed our stay and would love the chance to come back again.

Great value. The shower and toilet area separated only by a curtain will be unsatisfactory for some but it was in the description so there were no surprises. Would book again.

Thank you for the lovely accommodation Tracey, it’s a great spot. House is tidy and comfortable, there was everything we needed. Tracey was also an amazing host and offered support and a local recommendation for a tyre puncture repair we needed to have done.

Just a lovely peaceful AirB&B in a quiet neighborhood! So easy to find and unloading luggage and getting inside was simple. Bedrooms were comfortable and cozy and this was an extremely well stocked AirB&B that would be great for a multiple day stay (we were only here for 1 night however.). The Nespresso coffee machine was a nice touch with pods provided - the very first AirB&B we stayed in during our 2-weeks in NZ with one (us Americans are a bit of coffee snobs - haha! Thank you! Communication was great and definitely recommend this property for Christchurch!
