Step into serenity in our custom built home, Villa Lago on Farm Island Lake. Hand built by my parents, this home has a modern flare with tributes to the 70's. The home welcomes you with a hand built log great room, a hand split stone fireplace, and cozy bedrooms that embody the authentic MN style. With breathtaking views of the lake, you are sure to see glimpses of the bald eagle family that nests nearby. You will see nesting trumpeter swans, and numerous loon pairs, ducks & whitetail deer.

Our shoreline is as nice as come on the lake- great swimming and gradual slope with no weeds or rocks of any kind. Great place for a winter get away! Snowmobile right from your front yard to miles of trails near by.

Long Lake School House

Long Lake School house is nestled atop a wooded hill overlooking the shore of gorgeous Long Lake, this beautifully restored lake house is ready to be your home away from home. Originally built in 1894 as a log one-room schoolhouse, this one-of-a-kind property has been lovingly renovated into a charming lake side oasis. Featuring original stamped tin ceilings, circle sawn pine flooring, and beautiful hand-hewn logs. You're sure to be transported back in time while staying here.
