Gorgeous villa by the sea, 3 min to the beach

Espectacular villa de 300m2, ubicada en la mejor zona de Roses. Con impresionantes vistas al mar, y orientación sur con sol todo el día. Equipada para acoger cómodamente a 12 personas, con una cocina tradicional, amplio salón y una espectacular terraza con vistas. Ideal para familias con niños, y se admiten mascotas. Parking privado para 2 o 3 coches, aire acondicionado y wifi de alta velocidad. A escasos metros de las 2 mejores playas de la zona. No dude en preguntar para estancias mensuales.

Privé villa met zwembad en fantastisch uitzicht

Ontspan en kom tot rust in deze gezellige villa en geniet van het prachtige uitzicht vanaf het terras. Neem een verkoelende duik in het zwembad en geniet van de natuur om je heen. Beneden in het dal, zie je in de verte de haven van Palamos met zijn beroemde gamba-visserij en vanuit de wijk loop je binnen enkele minuten door het natuurreservaat Les Gavarres voor heerlijke wandelingen. De prachtige stranden van de Costa Brava bevinden zich op 10 minuten rijden. Villa Solaz is rust en privacy!

Can Juliol is a magnificently restored villa tucked within the Gavarres national park. The villa boasts sweeping views of the valley and, in the distance, the Mediterranean sea. Perfect place to sip your morning coffee as you sit by the pool terrace, or take in the sunset views over a delicious glass of local wine. Great spot for a family or some friends to enjoy a tranquil getaway in the Costa Brava region - while also having access to beaches 30 mins; Girona 30 mins; Barcelona 80 mins.

Relax under trees by the pool, walk around our gardens or take a 7min walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Enjoy long golden sunsets from our many outdoor couches on the 2 terraces. Cook from our well stocked kitchen and dine el fresco or drop down to the beach side restaurants. Lazy lounges, air conditioning, new beds, quality sheets, luxury towels, lots of pillows, black out shutters. The pool can be locked, has night lights and can be heated on request. Perfect for 1 or 2 families.

Superbe crique à pied, piscine immense et LA VUE !

Cette villa, perle cachée de la Costa Brava, a été totalement rénovée en 2019. Elle est au top de la modernité. La vue est exceptionnelle, mer et falaises. Vous n'êtes qu'à 10mn à pied de la Cala Puig D'Aiguafreda pour aller vous baigner dans la mer. Si vous n'avez pas le courage, la piscine est énorme ! Vous pourrez facilement rester au calme et au frais de la maison.
