BeachHouse Villa - That home feeling at the beach

A villa with a wide garden and swiming-pool. In a quiet and reserved area surrounded by nature. Only a ten minute walk from the Lagoa de Albufeira beach and not too far from the famous Meco Beach. It is the right location for those who are brave enough to defy the waves of the sea or enjoy the peacefulness of the lagoon next to the ocean. The garden and building were remodelled in January 2020. The home and surroundings are appropriate for families with children. All access to the property except for garage and engineering room. We are available for you every day between 9:00 and 21:00 (GMT). The Lagoa de Albufeira beach is a reference natural treasure in the Lisbon metropolitan area. It is a peaceful environment, where the beach and the forest meet. The neighbourhood has a number of green areas with playgrounds. The roads are wide and well maintained. There is a bicycle lane all the way to the beach front. On the beach, you will find bars and restaurants, which are a great spot for lunch, during the hottest sun hours or to help you cool down as you enjoy the sunset as you taste the rich flavours of fresh fish caught by local fishermen in Sesimbra. Nearby, at the Alfarim village, you can access fuel pumps, pharmacies, mini-markets, convenience stores and a local fresh food market. Moving around in the neighbourhood can be done on foot, bike or car to have access to other tourist attractions and local businesses.

Palms, pool and pet

This house is not for everyone. This is not your flawless and perfect design villa. This a house full of character and life. There is one cat living on the property who will ask for attention. You may or you may not engage but the cat will be around, as she lives both outside and inside the house. The house has a large living area with an open fire place, a terrace, a pool (6 m X 12 m) and a tropical garden. A car is needed to get there and around, as the house is disconnected from the village.

Casa Mareante

This renovated apartment is a gem on the Sesimbra beach line, with a splendid view over beach, sea and in the distance the harbor. Surrounded by cafés, restaurants and small shops, it is ideal for people who want to integrate into the daily life of this fishing village. Enjoy sun, sand, sea and much more. Ce logement paisible offre un séjour détente pour toute la famille. À 40 minutes au sud de Lisbonne, vous serez à 5 minutes de la plage en voiture ou 20 minutes à pied. La plage de la Lagoa, côté lagune est adaptée aux familles et jeunes enfants. L’eau y est chaude et la baignade facile. Vous pourrez y pratiquer de nombreux sports d’eau : planche à voile, kyte, wing foil, voile légère, paddle, canoe kayak. Celle côté océan, le surf et kyte. Nombreuses ballades et magnifiques couchers de soleil.

Arriving at Olival de São Filipe means first stopping to take in the view. The high location of the seven-hectare estate provides rich vistas. “Even more beautiful than in the pictures”, is a frequently heard response. You look out over the Atlantic Ocean, the Tróia peninsula - with a sandy beach as far as the eye can see - the Fort of São Filipe, the mouth of the Sado river and the city of Setúbal.

The house is spread over two floors, with an entrance on the first floor, which features a living room with an open-plan kitchen, one bedroom, a bathroom, and two balconies- one facing north and the other east. On the second floor, there are two additional bedrooms and a shared bathroom. There is one queen bed and three single beds, which can be arranged as one queen and one single—please let us know your preference. The swimming pool and gardens are shared.

With an ocean oriented garden where you may enjoy the rays of sun all year along and an heated swimming pool (an addition of 30€ per day), this house can host up to 8 people in complete comfort.
