Whether you're in the mood for some private downtime or ready for group shenanigans, it's all here for you to enjoy. And if you get the itch for adventure, Weligama Beach, epic surf spots, shops, and cafes are practically at your doorstep.

New 2BD Villa in Coconut Plantation with 17m Pool

Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Our house Sama means "Peace" in Sinhalese. It is designed to be a simple, open and spacious plantation home that connects with nature. It features an open living space, a kitchen and direct access to a 17m pool. Upstairs we have a master suite and junior bedroom that share a balcony with plantation views. Both have ensuite open-air showers. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and exclusive pool access. We do not have air-conditioning.
