Comfortabel huis met airco, tv, zwembad en warm water. Het huis bevindt zich in een heel locale wijk waardoor je heel gemakkelijk in contact komt met locals, wat erg fijn is. Met de wagen ben je zo in sunyani, maar ook in fiapre kan je alles vinden. Je wordt fijn ontvangen door de host en gebouwbeheerder en ze zijn zeer toegankelijk met vragen. We verbleven een maand en we hebben een zeer gezellig en leuk verblijf gehad.

Simon was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The accommodation was spotless, with well-maintained facilities that ensured a comfortable experience. The bed was exceptionally cozy, and the amenities provided everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Its location is perfect—just 400 meters from Sunyani city center, offering easy access to everything. For anyone looking for a budget-friendly yet high-quality place to stay in Sunyani, I highly recommend this accommodation.

Luxury place to stay with all kinds of details. You will not miss towels, paper or a mirror like in other Ghanian places. Bed comfortable. Workers service for laundry and cooking was very good. Place is very quiet to rest well you will love it.

It's very difficult to find a place in Sunyani Ghana that has fast WiFi, AC, and no power outages due to a back up generator. This is one of those locations.
