It includes a dining space, a sofa, and a totally equipped kitchenette. There is air conditioning in the bedroom and the common area, and the property has an emergency generator. Vera's Beach House is the upper level apartment with a private balcony overlooking the beautiful Tamarindo beach. Large spacious room with queen, full, and twin beds. Also included are: kitchen, bathroom, living room and outside balcony with patio chairs and hammock! Paradise awaits you!

R HOUSE on Steps Beach in the Marine Reserve

Located on Steps Beach in the Tres Palmas Marine Reserve, home to the beautiful sunsets. The rental comes fully stocked with beach chairs, snorkel equipment, sun umbrellas, BBQ grill, organic herb garden, air conditioning, washer & dryer, games, Smart TV and WIFI. The house has 1,000 gallons of reserve water in cisterns in case of a water outage and Solar Panels with Tesla batteries for backup power. Starlink satellite internet for uninterrupted service.
