La villa è composta da un ampio living,cucina, salotto con accesso sulla piscina.L'abitazione dispone di due camere matrimoniali ed una tripla ed un bagno sono posti al piano terra per ospitare anche portatori di handicap, le altre due camere con bagni privati annessi sono al primo piano,tra cui una ha una jacuzzi con accanto finestra panoramica. Corredata di biancheria per letto, bagno e cucina, stoviglie, wifi TV LCD, seggiolone e lettino per potere accogliere i bimbi, posto auto privato.
