This 4th floor, 80 sq.m apartment consists of a spacious living room with a 40'' smart TV, dining table, a modern fully equipped kitchen which includes fridge/freezer, ceramic stove, oven, espresso and filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, washer/dryer and all the necessary kitchenware for preparing meals, 1 bedroom with a Queen Size bed with a ''stress free'' mattress and a built-in closet, second bedroom with a Queen Size bed with a ''stress free'' mattress and an open closet, one bathroom fitted with a bathtub and one WC.
The apartment is equipped with double glazing as well as window shutters and Air Conditioning is installed in the living room and all the bedrooms.
The apartment which is located on the 4th floor can be reached by an elevator. The capacity of the elevator is 3 people at a time.

The apartment is located in a residential area, only 1 minute from Victoria metro station, and is surrounded by bakeries, cafes, restaurants, and supermarket. It’s a 20-minute walk to the commercial city center. The must-visit National Archaeological Museum is 5 minutes away.
The apartment is located in a local residential neighborhood with all the necessary amenities nearby (supermarket, bank, pharmacy, cafes, bakeries). The famous National Archaeological Museum which is a must visit when exploring Athens is only a 5 minute walk away. Victoria Metro station is located 1 minute away with direct access to the Port of Piraeus and access to the airport. In just 2 stops you will be in Monastiraki from where you can walk to all the sightseeing sites, or in 3 stops you will be in Syntagma and in 4 in the Acropolis and Plaka. Alternatively, the commercial city center/tourist sites are within 10 to 30 minutes walking distance.
