It is a lovely house combines modern and traditional elements. Fully furnished with all essentials and other equipment. Convenient for resting after an adventurous exploration, as well as to work and study. The garden is very large, there are various seating arrangements under the trees. Air-conditioners are available in bedrooms, as well as gas heater, and fan. It has always hot water by solar panel system. It's in walking distance to commercial facilities, Old City, public transportation, etc.

Located close to the "universities area" and right next to the city center, the flat is located in one of the best neighborhoods in town, close to all sorts of shops and services. 30 minutes walk from the city center, 20 minutes walk from the crossings to the Turkish Cypriot side. 5 minutes walk from all the necessary shops and services.
