It's a 5 min drive to the beach, 5 min walk to forest land hiking / bike trails to tahoe city. The main room in the home has a fireplace, TV with Roku and speaker system, a dining area, and full well-appointed kitchen. There's space to entertain, and cook. Includes a 2-car garage to keep cars & equipment inside. Permit: STR22-6499

Prosser Dam Paradise- Close to town and reservoir

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home on Prosser Dam Rd. Located minutes from Prosser Reservoir and a short distance to downtown Truckee, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has all the space you need for a wonderful stay. 6 guests are included in the price of the reservation. There are two sleeper sofas and the house can accommodate up to 8 guests. Guests 7 and 8 would be $50 per night per guest. Pets are allowed for a negotiable fee $$ depending on how many nights and how many pets!
