This restored 1950's authentic log cabin maintains all it's original charm with added modern amenities and comforts. The Logs at Glacier Springs is the perfect getaway after a day on the mountain or exploring the surrounding Mt. Baker wilderness. Relax in the cedar hot tub, gather with friends by the fire pit, play board games next to a roaring wood stove fire, snuggle up with your furry friend on the couch or read a book in our cozy nook. Thoughtfully built to hover amidst the trees and compliment the foliage, the Greybird Retreat is at the end of a cul de sac, away from prying eyes and busy streets. An automatic back up generator will cover you on those stormy nights and a cooling system will keep you comfortable all summer long!

Cozy Log Cabin

Our log home was built to replicate historical buildings in BC with a roof line borrowed from Quebec. The main floor is an open concept with a kitchen, dining area and living room. Bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs. I have a clawfoot bathtub but do not have a shower. The back yard is large and fenced for kids and a dog to enjoy. Bring your own wood if you want to use the fire pit. Bring pods if you want to use the Keurig or Nespresso.

Located on the bank of the Vedder river near Chilliwack B.C., our family cabin for more than 50 years, is only a short drive from the city. Superb in season salmon river fishing, with lakes and trails nearby. While the summer months are the most popular, garden lovers will appreciate the months of April and May and the burst of colour.
