Includes use of living, dining rooms & kitchen. Living room features high ceilings and gas fireplace. Our 1/2 acre wooded lot has fruit trees and a vegetable garden. Note: Access requires 3 steps down from the driveway and 3 steps up to the entry, both with handrails. We comply with Pacific Grove's "Home Share" regulations.

The Miller Suite was built and finished to complement the 1965 mid-century modern main home that we occupy full time. We share a walkway from the driveway and we access the same outdoor garbage cans, but we share no other circulation. This 1-bedroom, 1-bath, private entry suite is perfect for your next road trip, weekend away, proposal, babymoon, anniversary, or even a romantic place for your quiet elopement. Nestled in the oaks behind a privacy fence, the entire property feels secluded.

Backyard playground & 1 mile to the beach

1 mile to the beach and 3 to Cannery Row. Enjoy your Monterey Peninsula home with a backyard playground for the little ones. The Monterey Bay Aquarium, Point Lobos, Laguna Seca Raceway, Pebble Beach, and Carmel are just a few of the area activities to enjoy. Eat out at one of our area's great restaurants or stay in with a home-cooked meal. With a large dining table and additional seating for up to eight, family style dining is a joy. Just a few steps out the front door is a glorious 7-mile walking/bike trail that meanders from the Monterey Bay Aquarium around the point to the expansive Asilomar Beach, a favorite spot for walking in the soft sand and enjoying gorgeous sunsets. The original house was built in 1904, and was lovingly expanded a few years ago with new modern comforts.

Mid Century Pacific Grove house on 17 Mile Drive. Just a couple blocks from the Pebble Beach gate. Great area. Close enough to walk to downtown restaurants and shops, Asilomar State Beach and other sites all within minutes of our home. Private yard with a deck and outdoor furniture for entertaining.
