Ο χώρος βρίσκεται στο λιμάνι του Ευδήλου της Ικαρίας, πάνω στον δρόμο που οδηγεί στον λιμενοβραχίονα του Ευδήλου 350 μ. από το σημείο που προσεγγίζει το πλοίο της γραμμής. Η θέση του προσφέρει απεριόριστη θέα, και υποδέχεται τις πρώτες ακτίνες της Ανατολής του ήλιου καθιστώντας τον πολύ φωτεινό μέχρι τις πρώτες απογευματινές ώρες. Βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στο δημοτικό parking και στην μαρίνα του λιμανιού. Απέναντι ακριβώς από την είσοδο του χώρου υπάρχει μικρή παραλία που χωρίζεται από τον δρόμο.

Aloe Garden Beach House

This unique place has a style all its own. Two rooms and a bathroom 36 square meters. One beautifully illuminated living room with two couches (can convert into beds) with a kitchen sink, oven and fridge. The bedroom has a king sized bed that can convert to two single beds with a large TV and direct access to the bathroom. The bathroom has two sinks, shower and washing machine. The unique view allows one to enjoy the sunset especially from the HEATED pool, Mykonos town, the port of Mykonos, Delos and Tinos. In the near distance of 800 meters the Lighthouse is located. The villa can accommodate 3 couples or a large family. The distance from the airport is 7.5km and 3.2km the port and 4.8km from Mykonos town.
