A 3min walk down to the sandy beach Karavi, 5min walk to the beach Livadakia, 15min walk to the Port. The traveler that values the beauty of simplicity and the aesthetic of nature, will experience the uplifting magic of this beloved guest-home. In peace and quiet even during August! Consists of a bedroom,living room,private bathroom,kitchen and private balcony/terrace. Located in the historical city center, within walking distance from main tourist attractions. Very close to 3 metro stations(Monastiraki, Syntagma & Omonoia ), Ermou High st. and nearby the most famous restaurants and top bars of Athens.

Located right in the center of the Historical Athenian triangle comprised of The Acropolis Parthenon, The Columns of Olympian Zeus at the side of the National Gardens of Zappeion Hall and the Panathenaic Stadium(Kallimarmaro) where the first ever Olympic games took place.

Flisvos Surf Riviera

You can enjoy a side sea view and as you can see in the photos it is 15 steps from the sea. 10 meters away there is Sun Kyma café- bar-restaurant, where you can enjoy your meal you want during the day cocktails or breakfast . Next to the rooms you will find FLISVOS watersports club as well as a lovely sandy beach with sunbeds. You will find my place 10-15 minutes walking from the center of Naxos town (Chora) , 10 minutes by car from the port of Chora and 30-40 minutes walking with luggage.

It is located in Monastiraki neighborhood from where within a walking distance you will reach the Acropolis in 12 minutes, Plaka in 5 minutes and Psirri in 3 minutes. Sueno sunset villa for 2 is located in a nice area which combines beautiful sea-views,it is part of a complex consisting of 5 other apartments,It is 2,3 kilometers from the port of Parikia .The old town, the shops and the night life are 1200 meters away. It is 33 square meters and has a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, a living room, 1bathroom and veranda with jacuzzi is not heated. You deliver it clean with sheets and towels and there is not a service include during your stay.
