Ahşap yapıya sahip binamız, 3 dönüm bahçe içerisindeki eski yaĝ fabrikasi bahcesinde yine bu antik binanin arka kisminda, denize sifir yerleskesi olan bir koydedir.Kendine ait portakal ve mandalina ağaçları bulunan ve çim alanla kaplı yaklaşık 150 metrekarelik bir bahçesi bulunmaktadır. Isıtma ve soğutma için split kliması vardır.Bahçeyi sinirlayan çitleri mevcut. Evimizde 4 kişilik yatak kapasitesi mevcuttur.

Our house is 22 km away from the city of Chalkida half an hour by car. Athens airport is 115 Km. away, one and a half hours by car. The beach of Politika is only 15 minutes away 11 km. You can buy your food and supplies at Psachna 10 minutes (6 km) from the house. A private pool is also available (min depth 1.2m max depth 2m) A car is necessary. The cabin offers spacious interiors that allow the user to connect with the surrounding nature. The cabin assume an elegant and functional form with large glazing that frame views of the surrounding. The place provides peace and serenity, mostly to because of the less-is-more aesthetic with the beach to be just a few steps from it.

Well integrated into an organic olive grove, and naturally made, it is well-suited for people seeking serenity, an earthy feeling, and aesthetics. There is lots of light, great views of trees, high ceilings, a soft smell of wood, patios, and a garden with olive trees, herbs, and clay soil. Within a short walking distance to restaurants, bars, and markets. Celebrated beaches are accessible either on moderate walks or very short drives. Monasteries, wine tasting, and hiking nearby.

Hideaway house in Galatas

A Lovely little house in Galatas in a beautiful setting close to the sea. A 10-15 minute walk alongside the stunning coast brings you to the town center, where you will find all kinds of shops, including supermarkets, tavernas, cafés, etc. Frequent taxi boats bring you to beautiful Poros island across the narrow strait that separates Galatas from Poros town. The house has several outdoor spaces for social activities, including a lounge area and a roof terrace overlooking the sea.

Misafir kulubemiz 25m2 büyüklüktedir. Bir oda ve banyodan oluşmaktadır. Kulubemizin arka duvarına bitişik, sadece kulubemizde kalan konuklarımızın kullanımına özel, üzeri pergola ile kapatılmış bir açık hava mutfağı vardır. Bahçemizde, 5x10m boyutlarında, 50m2 büyüklükte, 1.5-1.6 m derinlikte bir yüzme havuzu bulunur. Havuzu misafir evi (max. 4 kişi) ve misafir kulubesinde (max.2 kişi) kalan konuklarımız ortak kullanırlar. Havuz, 12 Haziran - 30 Eylül tarihleri arasında açıktır.
