The upper floor has a large living room , a double bedroom and a WC with shower. The upper floor has two verandas and the front one offers a magnificent view to the Aegean sea. In the lower floor there are three bedrooms,a kitchen and a dining room, two full bathrooms and a large veranda. The pool is right in front of the house and the sea immediately after. Guests renting this house have their own free parking space for three cars. Private entrance. Your hosts stay in the house in the right and they will be there for you for any assistance you may need. The villa is approximately a 5-minute walk through a seaside trail to a beautiful sandy beach to enjoy the sun and the sea until sundown. The beach offers one of the most iconic sunset views on the island. A tavern and a beach bar are open all day to cater to your needs. The bus stop is approximately 500 m away and a mini 24/7 market 600 m away. The villa is 4 km to Parikia, the port of Paros, 7 km to the new airport. Guests have access to the local bus. Nautical Aegean Beach Villa with Private Infinity Pool

You can sleep and listen to the sounds of the sea. The rocky beach in front of the house is like beeing private since only the house guests swim in the sea on front... The house is close to athens airport (about 30 kilometers) and there are many places from there to visit around. The poseidon temple is about 20 minutes drive and other ancient Greek monuments are around. There are plenty of sandy beaches and nice taverns with greek traditional plates. Not unless required from the guests. It's a beautiful and quiet neighbourhood, perfect for exploring on foot, while the sea here is great for snorkelling in. It's also close to Lavrion Harbour, which offers numerous tavernas, bars, and shopping opportunities. Best way is by car.
